Went to this place based on recommendations and my sister going out of her way to set up our complimentary cake tasting for my sons 1st birthday. We scheduled an appointment for 2 pm. After driving out almost 30 minutes from home with my son and mom. We get to this place only to find the door locked, then finally the owner comes to let us in. Cyndol was out picking up her kids, totally understandable. However she finally gets to the shop and at this time another customer arrives after us, with a cake topper. Cyndol tends to her first, at this time she still hasnt acknowledged us and 20 minutes have passed. Overall waited almost my entire tasting appointment. We were told the last tasting appointment was at 3. My concern was that wed be rushed to make plans, because by now it was 2:30. The other customer left and Cyndol takes a phone call, still hadnt even made eye contact. Only to say " how our you guys" with her back towards myself and my mom. At this point Im not too sure about this place. She left to the back of the store without saying anything to us. We decided to just leave. No one said anything to us or asked why we were leaving. You would expect a business to be prompt and prepared to welcome customers and actually acknowledge their customers. My sister called and spoke with Cyndol, mentioned everything that happened. Cyndol didnt even sound concerened or offered an apology. Unfortunately they lost my business, but Ill happily take it elsewhere and so should everyone else that expects nothing but the best and friendly customer service!

Sharon and her company are such a joy to work with! Starting with the cake tasting, they were so personable and helpful that it was not hard to select their company to do our cake. Sharon allows you to try every flavor and filling during the tasting so you wont have any doubt about the quality after that! They can do so many different flavor combinations that we had five different flavors total (4 cupcake flavors/1 cake flavor). During the whole process, she was very prompt with her emails, answering my questions, and making sure everything was in order before the wedding. She also is so personable that I loved chatting and emailing with her! We had barely any cupcakes left (no cake at all) and our guests swarmed the table once they found out how good they tasted. Cut the Cake is a great company - personable service, worry-free planning, delivery, and set-up, and delicious cakes! Also perfect price for the quality you get!

So disappointed in Cut the Cake. I had my wedding cake done here in 2010. When the time came around for my baby shower, it was the first place I looked. My best friend called two weeks in advance and was given the run-around for a week and a half. It would have been better if they had just said no. They returned none of her phone calls or messages. Now, days before my shower, we are trying to find another place to find a cake only to be turned down because of short notice. I really wanted to show my support after everything Cut the Cake has endured in the past few months but I have been so let down. I dont think customers should be treated this way.

The cake was delicious! Very tasty! The service from the mother was perfect. Very sweet lady. The daughter was nice, however she seemed stressed out. When my husband and I went to receive the cake, turns out the design was aweful! Very disappointed! The mother said that her daughter informed us that they no longer do spray paint on the cakes. That is a lie. We were not informed. We would have chosen another design. And if that is the case than take out all the pictures of spray paint out! I wouldnt recommend this place. What you see is not what you get.

Ordering and planning the cake was an absolute treat, thanks to the folks at Cut the Cake in Kissimmee. The tasting was fantastic, and was super helpful in terms of what flavors of cake go well with the fillings. And to know certain things work better than others for weddings (need those white teeth people!), was a huge help as well. Our daughter and fiancee had such a good time at the cake tasting! Sharon Haller was patient with the three of us trying and retrying the flavors, it was difficult to make up our mind because they were all so good. With Sharons help, they actually designed the cake, for a one-of-a-kind piece of art. It looked so elegant, simply stunning, and tasted delicious.

I enjoyed working with cut the cake for my wedding. They did an amazing job accommodating my flowers on our cake. It was beautiful and everyone loved it. My mom wants to take a trio down there for more and were 45 minutes away. I was very impressed. And they made a little spiderman to find in the flowers for my husband in the cake and it turned out lovely.

Wonderful experience! They delivered our cake perfectly all the way out in Titusville for a small delivery fee. It tasted wonderful and all of our guests thought it was beautiful and delicious! She knew exactly what we were looking for based on how we explained it. It turned out better than expected! Cant wait for our 1 year anniversary cake!

I noticed the one star reviews seem to be coming mostly from out of state so I figure if they can rate Cut the Cake then so could I. I think these women are deserving of community support as they support their community. Ive never been to Florida but its great to know there are people like these women there.You rule Cut the Cake!

Cut the Cake will be doing the wedding for my son and his fiance. We have met with them and sampled their baked goods. The quality of the cake is excellent, very moist, several great flavors to choose from and really good icing. Sharon and Cyndol are so easy to work with. We cant wait until March 2016!!!

These guys are a "cut" above the rest. Ive had the pleasure of trying their treats in the past and fell in love at first bite. As an advocate for equality, however, I fully Intend to make a special visit for a sweet treat just to say "thank you" in person for not hating people because theyre gay.

Purchased a dozen "gourmet" cupcakes for $24!!!! Ive had gourmet cupcakes from other bakeries that came very close to justifying their cost, but these were disappointing...very small, and sparsely filled...the cake part was pretty good however...cant recommend!

For God so loved the world that he gave us Cut the Cake, one of Central Floridas best places to get a cake for a special occasion. We have gotten several cakes from them for our kids birthday parties and my little sisters baby shower. Absolutely one of the best!

Cut the Cake made our beautiful wedding cake based off of some photos and conversations and it was perfect. The cake was delicious with three layers of different flavors. They are very creative and make lovely cakes and very nice and professional to work with.
