The ice cream was (as always at Coldstone) 5 stars all the way! The employees, not so much. There were 4 people there, but only 1 (and occasionally another for a moment or two) handling the entire line of 20-30 people on a Friday night around 8PM. Parking was a total mess around the entire center too. In total, it took us almost an hour to park, wait through the line and then actually get the ice cream. We were given extremely different sizes of ice cream despite us ordering the same size. The employee seemed extremely miffed that we didnt leave a tip too, after us paying $13 for two medium servings of ice cream... unbelievable. Cold Stone really is an excellent treat, but an expensive one that happens to be a very slow process at this particular location.

Was in Orlando on Vacation visiting international drive. It was a very hot afternoon and I happened to stumble across this cold stone creamery. It was the first time I have ever been there. Not knowing what I would like, a very helpful and cheerful employee named Katlyn helped me in choosing the right flavor that I might like. She was very patient and had a smile the whole time. The next time that I visit Orlando, I would definitely make a trip back to this cold stone and hope that this wonderful and cheerful and always smiling young lady will be there to take my order. Ive been to many different types of hospitality places in my time, Ive never met an employee like Katlyn to be as hard-working and dedicated like she is!

There was only one guy wearing gloves and he walked outside while texting on his phone and came back in and did not change his gloves.. no one else was wearing gloves.. gross.. not to mention they were touching the ice-cream with their hands to put it in bowls.. Oh and no hairnets and the hair is not pulled back.. I would have walked out because who wants to pay $14 for two ice creams but we already waited through a long line so we got our ice-cream and they barely took the time to make it and talk to us but whatever we are NEVER coming back to this location.. time: 1-16-17 @8:30pm

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for offering a great store with a lot of variety and more importantly, investing in great people like Angel. In this day and age it’s difficult to find people who genuinely care about real customer service. It is pleasantly apparent to me, that you have someone who does, in Angel! She always goes over and beyond to make sure each of our family members gets her undivided attention no matter how long the line is. Thats why I drive 45 minutes to come to your store. She makes the best candy apples:)

Went to this store when I was on vacation in Orlando. Line was literally out the door so I did not want to stop but the kids wanted it so I had no choice. I was surprised that we were in and out in about 10 minutes. The staff is great and they work fast while still talking to the customers and smiling. I would say this store had the friendliest staff I had seen on my entire trip in Orlando. The rest of the tourist district could learn from these guys.

We came here around 10pm on. Wednesday night. There were so many choices even for us who have few allergies. Angel, who has great customer service greeted us with a smile. She went out of her way to prepare our choice of signature ice creams. This establishment is lucky to have wonderful attendants like Angel, who makes us customers come back to this place for more ice cream. Best place to come back again. Thank you Angel!

Cold stone is one of my favourite ice cream chains, but due to lack of service they lost 3 stars from the I-drive location. I waited 7 mins for someone to service my ice cream craving, but noone came from the back. Also, I was the only one there in the store, which made it all that much worse. Not only did they take there time to come upfront; there was no apology for the wait.

Omg the customer service was amazing at this location!! I was served by two young ladies I think they were Caucasian and Hispanic I didnt get their names but they were soo polite and patient. The location was very clean The ice cream was fresh and the cones were very Chrissy And they are Open late !!!! This location definitely deserved 5 stars!!!

Ive been to a lot of Cold Stones but this is one of the best Ive been to. Portions were good, the staff was friendly, and it was a nice clean environment. Its also important to note this location is a fairly new Cold Stone Creamery so everyone should at least give it a try!

Loved this place. The ice cream was amazing. The employees were all very friendly, especially one named Gio, who never stopped smiling and kept the line moving quite fast. The place might not have enough tables, but for a quick bite of ice cream, its worth it.

That young man behind the counter can make pretty much and to perfection all different kinds of mixed shakes so smooth not to thick or to much liquid like your drinking milk it was perfect every time we had him create 6 to 7 different shakes didnt disappoint

Very nice ice cream, very large portions even a small, there is some seats inside which was great getting in out of the Florida sun for a while, only one staff member on out visit and was a little while waiting.

Terrible never again. Credit card machine was Down according to the sign had to get money from the atm. But it was working no one cared to take the sign down now i got to eat the atm and bank fees.

Coldstone shops are hit and miss. Most the time you go to one and your ice cream will barely hit the top of the cup. Does not make you feel like youre getting your moneys worth.

Ample parking, easy to get to; great service. My root beer float was delicious and inexpensive. The store was clean and well air conditioned. There is a restroom for customers.

Understaffed. Difficult to use the bathroom, even as a paying customer. With that said, the ice cream is amazing and the girls working the counter did a great job.

Always a treat! Try a "Smores": Graham cracker, chocolate chips, marshmallows. Staff were exceptionally friendly both times I was in.
