Your staff is terrible. I waited in the line to speak with someone about getting my battery tested. 1 employee, I believe the manager, is in the phone. The other is helping a customer. The Manager gets off the phone helps the other employee then helps the guys that walked in behind me... I guess you only care about getting some business not all. Ill never visit this location again. Also Ill buy my $175 battery from AutoZone. I hope the 3 quarts of oil were worth losing my business. You have the worst customer service at this location.

Poor quality parts: July 2016 I had to replace a power window regulator on my wifes Buick.$114. The clerk refused to honor the discount coupon I presented without explanation. I had to have that part so I just went ahead and bought it. So now April 2017,less than a year and it failed...I found the same part on eBay new with free shipping :$32 I will never shop there again. I encourage everyone to try eBay,,Amazon or anyone else before spending money at advance auto parts

They didnt do a diagnostic when asked. They checked my battery and said it was fine. It clearly was not. This was my first time having an issue at any advance auto.

Tried to warranty a battery that has a 3 year warranty that was only a year old. Good luck! They need fingerprints and a stool sample to make it happen!

Pretty much the worst Advance Auto Parts in Tampa/Brandon. Barely has anything in stock. Best go to Pep Boys across the street.
