My experience there today was horrible, and th e funny thing is that it was the manager, Michael Carreiro, who caused it. I bought a price for my car the day before, but discovered when I went to install it that I Lacked the exact tool required. Today when I went into the store I spoke with the manager, who did not know what size key I needed to fit in that piece. Instead of simply saying, "I dont know," he recommended the largest key they carried, saying it should fit. Needless to say, the key did not fit. I had to drive back to the store and return the piece. Then a different employee, Fernando, went online and managed to find the exact size key I needed in about five minutes. The bad thing about the experience wasnt that the manager didnt know, it was that he didnt bother to find out, and then gave me erroneous information on top of that.

I have been a customer at this AutoZone for roughly one year. Every visit I have been greeted with courteous part advisors and employees. Anything that I special order usually comes within one day which really helps with my projects. Do yourself a favor and visit this AutoZone next time youre in the area.

The employee that helped us was super nice and friendly, she assumed I spoke Spanish though which did bother me but other than that everything else was great. The store was stocked, neat and one manager even offered his help while we were walking around. Very attentive and knowledgeable.

Im calling and phone just rings no one is picking up. Its 552 pm Thursday Feb 23. This is why I just go to advance. This autozone sucks, did they go out of business or get robbed or did the phone company just suspend service?
