Used to be decent, but it seems the new management is more about turning a quick profit than trying to help people in need of 2nd hand goods. Bedrooms dresser set in giving for free they wouldnt accept because of a couple spots on top that could have easily been polished. Also, my truck wasnt big enough to fit the set (dresser, chest, 2 large nightstands) and immediately the apparent furniture guy was all negative. The manager seemed nice at first, but when the furniture guy cursed at me in Spanish, she basically was like whatever. If she had simply, after looking at the items said, no we cant take it, I would have been salty for a min and gone about my business. Customer service, not great at all today. Few months ago, they were. I particularly enjoy giving good reviews, to help the business. Today was a bad experience. I worked in retail years ago, even if the customer is wrong, you still need to treat them with respect.

I just found an authentic Chloe dress there today for 698, unbelievable! Now, this is a great store! I have found so many good finds but I think this dress is the best one yet! They have so many new items still with tags attached! You have to look at every rack, nothing just stands out! The pricing is somewhat bizarre. I shifted through Old Navy dresses that were 14.99 but find the Chloe dress for 698! Ive also found an Anne Klein dress for 9.99, never worn, nine west shoes in perfect condition, bookshelf for 12.98, you name it, you can find it here! Just have patience and allow yourself some time! Small aisles and NO fitting rooms! Happy hunting!!!

I passed this place on my daily runs so many times and always wondered what it was like. Always seemed to be bustling no matter the time of day. I was more than pleasantly surprised to find out it was much larger than expected and the item selection is phenomenal. In addition, everything is laid out and organized very well. My only gripe is that there arent more mirrors in which to view yourself in potential purchases, but if youre willing to assert yourself gently you can get a spot in front of the two they have and hopefully not get run over by other shoppers.

THERE WAS A HORRIBLE CLIENTELE THERE MEAN COMMENTS TO ME FROM AN ARMED BLACK WOMAN..WHO HATES WHITES....IM ITALIAN..NAVY ADMIRAL STAFF...I WOULD TAKE A BULLET FOR ANYONE IN MY FASCINITY...NOT FOR SOMEONE WHO TAKES OUT there miserable existence on seemingly white people...shameful staff...for homeless veterans..with a letter..director of veterans administration...signed.of voucher for clothes..was not honored???..worse..place..schhhumuckatelliees...they need to learn how to paint with wahhhder colahhrs. ..swim witdahhh fish.

I love this thrift store! However today for some reason one of the cashiers whom i believe is the manager was really rude to me and i dont know why. Personally dont think you should be rude to your costumers especially if they are just asking a question. First time i have had someone treat me like that and i have been shopping at this thrift store for years. Would really like to talk to the business owner of this store.

I JUST moved to DC and needed some furniture and other random things to start my first apartment. The store was totally packed, but everyone was super nice and willing to help. The guy helped me load things into my car and even held an item while I went to unload my car. Overall it is a happening place with lots of stuff to choose from.

Love this store! One of the best stores I have ever been too. The staff is very nice, very organized and very clean! I live right down the street,so I go here almost everyday. The only thing I wish they had was a fitting room. Other then that, this place is perfect for thrift shopping!

This is a good thrift store to go to if you need any suit jackets or any thing a nicer than normal thrift stores. This place always has nicer clothes than other thrift stores in the area. It might be the shore or I am lucky everytime I go. I come a lot for costume items.

Ive been shopping here for many years. I love everything about it, except the prices that are on the rise. Seems as if they change/flip the color tags every night so the next day Ill miss the pink blue yellow or green discount. Once u visit, you will miss it!!
