I had to wait forever at checkout. I get it but neither cashier or customer moved stuff so I could set my stuff down. My arms were full and heavy. The cashier didnt use the bag holder for putting product in she pit the bag on the counter where ypu lay your items down and she filled the bag there. Then the lady couldnt find her card. There was two other people in line. We waited and waited and waited and the lady finally wrote a check still arms full and bag on the counter instead of the bag holder. She didnt apologize for the wait and again never asked me to set my items down. She seemed to be doing thing on purpose to upset the line. Thats all. I go there all the time and always find what I need and have a good experience. This was sat at around 530 pm. I get surveyed as well so that should be what you need.

Store is much cleaner, shelves stocked and presentation of products has greatly improved, would have rated a 5 if more employees were scheduled to take care of customers at checkout!
