A Private User

The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. They special order anything, cut keys, offer money saving advice and I wouldnt buy my paint anywhere else. They can match anything and always have great ideas and little freebies like paint stirrers. They greet you by name once youve been in a few times and always remember the project you are working on. On several occasions they stopped me at the register and let me know there was a better way or a better price even though buying what was in my hand would have netted more money for them. This is what all neighborhood hardware stores used to be, and still is here.

Prices are reasonable and the staff is very helpful. When you need an oddball item that the big box stores dont have you can usually find it here. A bonus is that they have a really good selection of hot sauces - go figure.

A true family style hometown "hardware store"!! I suggest to stop shopping at the CEO corporate run chain stores, and support local businesses that focus on taking care of their customers like they do here everyday :)

When the majority of the people that live in Delaware usually work during the Monday through Friday Work Week. A Hardware Store Should Be Opened To At Least 10 p.m On A Saturday!

They have the best hardware (both metric and standard) selection around. If they dont have it, then youll need to order from McMaster-Carr, because no one locally will.
