Great satisfaction everytime I go there. The staff is very helpful and the service is great. Ive seen places with hire prices and bad service to boot. I have read some of these reviews and it seem like those who complain are all about me me me. Get a life. No store is going to be perfect. Go to heaven if you want 100% perfection. Compared to todays standards in customer service and prices, Harbor Freight stands at the top for me. Keep doing what youre doing for people HF. I was very pleased with the prices but not pleased with customer service. I ordered a cargo bag and a trailer hitch mounted steel cargo carrier with a trailer hitch extender. The steel cargo carrier and the hitch extender were great, the bag seemed good, it is the only one they carried. First time I used the bag the material shredded at the seam. I called customer service and they wouldnt do anything, either replace it or give a refund or a credit. This was the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. I will not deal with them again.

Not sure what the previous reviewer was expecting? I dont go there for advice. I do my own research and obtain my overall project knowledge from reading. They have a great selection at low prices. Not to mention they have always great customer service

If there was a spot for a negative review thats what this store would get. The associates are dumb as rocks, simple questions cannot be answered and checking a customer out was the hardest task of their "career". Dont go to the Norfolk store.

Great prices and sign up for the mailing list for even better deals. The staff can help you find what your looking for but doubt theyre being paid to do your homework.
