Today I visited the Kirkwood Hwy store and was quite frustrated by the experience. I intended on donating a variety of items including brand new clothing and barely used sports items. I began helping to unload my car (as I typically do at the Middletown location). However, the worker began looking through the items and informing me that he could not take the sports equipment because it was "off season". He then refused a childrens coat rack and questioned a brand new paint sprayer that was still in its box. I ended up leaving. I believe in supporting this agency through donations and through purchases. However, I will not be visiting the Kirkwood highway location again. Given that Goodwill is suppose to be training individuals for future employment, something seems to be lacking at this store. The employee appeared unmotivated and was quite rude. Very disappointed, should have left my items at home and posted for free on craigslist.

Worst location and is never stocked with any sorts of finds. I really wouldnt even bother looking. People donate trash and the store accept it. Large range of broken countertop appliances, bent gold clubs, picture frames with no fixtures, and a gang of old men that like hitting on everything without a cane. Also, it smells. Only redeemable thing is that they have a ton of VHSs and I guess if you were some type of avant-garde artist you would be able to find some strange things.

This Goodwill is pretty average for a thrift store. You go in with hopes of finding some great treasures, and usually end up leaving empty-handed. If you are a thrift-a-holic like I am, its exhilarating to finally find something that you would actually buy, but that is rare. If its clothes you are after, they seem to have a great selection that is very well organized. Its hit or miss like most thrift stores.

This is a really good Goodwill! Theres lots of parking, everything is well organized, and the bathrooms are always clean! Ive found some good stuff here, personally. This seems to be one of the Goodwills that Target drops off a lot of their overstock or clearance to. You drop off donations around the side of the building and theres plenty of room to park and turn around. Very nice!

I used to frequent this location a lot, but not so much any more. The prices are ridiculous. Examples: Ikea bag dispenser new sells for $1.99 this store wants $4.00; a dollar store mug with original price of $1.00 on it this store wants $2.00. Ill go get the items new especially since its cheaper than this GW store

I visit Goodwill a few times a year. Its clean and well kept. They sell clothes for men, women and children. They also have used household items, books, toys etc. Its best to go there early in the morning, to get to the better items, the good stuff goes fast.

Its cool if its a sale like two dollar tuesday. The prices can be pretty high for stuff they got for free thats used. Not usually a selection of high quality/name brand at this location.
