Terrible terrible place! I will never go back. I have tried so many times to go and every time the manager is there it is an awful experience. Today was it. I asked if the Milford location price matches and I was told all of them did. I walked in the store and told them I needed to price match. The manager was mad and told me they never had and never would. She said there is no real competitors so no. She then offered to call and double check and I said thanks. After she made fun of me on the phone with me standing there she hung up and told me never. She started telling me about how I made her second guess herself and call. She blamed me for what she offered! That was it. I will never be back and I warn everyone to stay away. Go to the Dover or Lewes locations. They are awesome there.

Huge variety and friendly staff. Local business that is worth its weight in gold. You want cheap dog food? Its sold across the street at Walmart, but if youd like to take care of your pet, go to Concord. Overpriced? Lets do math! I have three dogs, a schnauzer/poodle mix, a basset hound/beagle mix, and a 115 lb. rottie. I feed them twice a day. If I buy a $65 bag of dog food, its going to last three weeks. I give them measured scoops, its pretty exact. Now, feeding 3 dogs 2 times a day for 21 days means Im putting .52 cents into their bowls per feeding (well the Rottie gets the most but were making this basic). In my opinion they deserve a 52 cent meal.

Flipping Gymnasts

It was awful! I bought a $67 kennel and my 2lb puppy can get out of it. I called to ask if I could exchange, and was told theres nothing I can do. Do not buy any kennels from Concord Pet! Youre better off going to Pet Smart or Walmart.

Way, way, way overpriced. Basically, they punish you for shopping there. There may be some helpful employees but in my experience most are apathetic.
