These guys are awesome. Called at 7:30 am Saturday and they had my part by 10:30 am the same day! They have a ton of stuff in their store in Winsted, its way better store than AutoZone or Advance, in my opinion. I wont be shopping for parts anywhere else from now on. Great store and the people that work there are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Went there to have a hydrolic hose made. Stood waiting at the counter for 20 minutes while 3 employees ignored me. Very poor customer service.
