My family has always gone to AutoZone, so I found the nearest one and started going there when I needed things for my car. After a few years, Ive realized that this particular store is not really that great. Its not a bad place, but its not a good place, either. Im going to try to find another store. Some examples: Check engine light was on, so I went to get my computers codes read. They came out to the car and plugged in their reader, but it wasnt compatible. Asked for OEM spark plugs for my car (ACDelco), and only after installing half of them did I realize they gave me the wrong ones (AutoLite). Sure, theyre compatible, but theyre not what I asked for. Staff is not knowledgeable about the loaner tools or how to use them. I had to find out the product numbers myself because they didnt know how. Borrowed the pressure tester, but the adapter for my car is missing? So theres no way to use it. Borrowed the block tester, but it didnt detect the leak. Fluid was diluted? No one could help me with these. Went to get Head Gasket Fix fluid, but they dont carry it. Other car parts stores do. Went to get a replacement for some brittle emissions hoses that cracked, and they tried to give me some fat rubber hose that wasnt right at all. I asked them to come out and look at my car, but they were too understaffed to leave the desk. They asked me to remove the hose and bring it in to show them, and I ended up breaking it in my attempt. Eventually I found what I needed myself hanging on the wall. In summary, its fine if you know exactly which part you need and youve checked online that they have it. Other stores are more helpful though.

5 people working in a slow store. One manager and employee listening to a customer tell his story how his car broke down, both just standing there at two different registers. 4 people waiting on line for at least 5 minutes until someone says, "IS ANYONE TAKING CUSTOMERS?." The red shirt starts ringing up customers, the manager, is just gabbing with the customer. The line is taking forever and the other employees are just socializing in the store. Finally, someone puts there packages down and leaves and tells one of the clerks, Bladimir, that they should pay attention to the customers and goes to leave. He states,"go ahead." I would have left but I waited too long. Pretty awful.

Love coming to autozone when I need anything for my car I just go buy the piece which is usually there so i can fix it myself to make my life much easier and cheaper. The guys at the store is a bunch of help certainly can answer any questions you need answered. Definitely one of the best place to get your car needs

This place is okay because it feels like you cant get in and out most of the times. They need a better dynamic with the computarized system they use, seems like they need a system that allows search for parts but at the same time make a sale using the same computer.

HORRIBLE.... They never knw whats going on... Have a hard time finding parts.... No staff when needed... N management just doesnt do anything or even worst... THEY KNW LESS THAN THEIR STAFF OR MYSELF...!! Stop going there n check any other store...

Whether youre buying a quart of oil for your car or waiting to get something that they have to look up on the computer and give you advice you have to wait on the same line therefore its not an in and out
