The woman at the front counter lacka customer service skills, she acts like Im am inconvience to her. She fails to send refill request forms to my doctor when I ask her to do so. Ive also requested to have my scripts held there for me to pick up to find out that some are there and some are being delivered. Than I wait all day for them to be delivered to find out that they were short a driver. But of course no one notifys me. Than you wait another whole day for again to be told there was an issue again. But again they dont notify me I have to call them. They have told me the my prescriptions are ready to be picked up I get down there and Im told I have to wait 20 mins. The latest issue is Im being told my insurance will not pay for my script to be filled 2 days early. But every other time It is. I cont. To go there becuse the location is convenant. But Im not sure how much longer I can deal with these issues .

My husband had his prescription filled within 15 minutes and that was a walk-in fill, I have no complaints so far there except for they need to put on here the hours they are opened. Other then that we had a good experience there so far. We will see how it goes when I call for the refill!!
