Always something to find at this store to add to a gamers collection. Most games priced within reason (although I think corporate has their head up their *cough cough* upon seeing some retro games prices. Store is usually always neat in appearance and all staff are friendly and helpful ESPECIALLY the manager Ashley. Shes highly knowledgeable about her systems and games and my friends and people Ive referred have never had an unpleasant experience dealing w/ her (must be "that time of the month for those other reviewers :P) I wouldnt hesitate to deal w/ this particular Gamexchange or their staff at any point!!

I recently got rid of an old system and some old video games here. It was a fantastic experience. I think they offer fair prices and excellent customer service. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I did not shop at the store, only sold my old stuff, but the selection Is huge and it seems like they would have anything I ever wanted. I will definitely be back and would recommend checking them out to anyone interested in gaming.

You will always find something cool here. Always. A neato old system, an ancient game youd forgotten, a good price on a recent release, youll never be disappointed. The staff is always friendly and actually know what theyre talking about. They also check used games to make sure they work before you buy - when was the last time GameStop did that?

The Store its self has great items, good prices, and all over great customer service. But The Women named Ashely who works there is very rude she is not good with customers and Multipule times i call ask a question she will answer then hang up while your speaking. Very rude and the store would be better without her

Everyone here is great. They always know how to help and what games to suggest anyone. They care about their customers. Emily and Janaye are a great combo in the store. Mark and Ashley are hilarious together. Please keep these people with Great attitudes.

Terrible customer service! Was told items would work fine got them home and they didnt, then when tried to return to the store the employee got upset with me. Ashley the manger is always disrespect and ignorrant with customers.
