Zero stars.. I have never really liked shopping here because of their shady business practices which I have never written any sort of review about them until after my experience today. I was already reluctant to buy a game from there but the price was advertised at $19.99 for a new not used copy of driveclub for the PS4.. USED was listed at $29.99 so what justifies the extra $10 being spent on something thats used and not even new? I verified that the price was correct with them but they didnt have any new copies left only used ones. I asked them if they could match the price of it with their new copy and they said they wouldnt do that. You would think since they love to push everyone into buying used copied because the profit margins are much higher but they refused and took my business elsewhere which is what I should have done in the first place. Thank you gamestop for reminding me why you dont deserve the thousands of dollars I spend each year on games and consoles. You will never see me in any of your stores and also I will continue to recommend the various other stores in my area to my friends over you.

Gamestop is a big rip off. They only gave me $7 for a game that i had bought for $69 2 months ago from them. My dad took his old Playstation 3 slim there to make some money to buy us a ps4 Gamestop only offered him $80 for it. Here how gamestop rips you off You have a expensive item thats worth 200$ They try to con you and give you only $89 I should have at least got 30$ back from the game. Great place for buying games but if you think youre going to make some profit off your old games. Then think again because Gamestop will surely rip you off big time by giving you a small amount of money

I have been coming to this GameStop and one other habitually for the past 4 years. Always polite and courteous to me. One time I brought a used copy of The Witcher III: The Wild Hunt for my Xbox One and it wouldnt install after everything I tired. Took it back to GameStop and explained what was going on and they gave me anothef copy with no hassle.

Not a very big gamestop but i love this place. Its close to where i live so its convenient, Customer service is always on point. I actually wouldnt mind working there (hint hint) lol. As long as i am in Bay Shore, you wont find me shopping at any other store.

Great store been shopping here for a while one thing though, I bought a new game from the counter which was fallout 4 and it took like 5 minutes for him to checkout the game and give me my change but overall this is a great GameStop

I walked up to the counter, asked the nice staff if they had a game that is 12 years old, new or used.. few clicks of the computer they said yes.. I said i would take it.. I paid.. what more can you ask for.

My son loves game stop we usually go to the one in West Babylon, this location is Bayshore didnt seem to have a big selection like other locations and isnt as organized as the location we usually go to

Very understanding and quick to tell you some of the deals that they dont have advertised. Theyre pretty flexible with some of their bundle deals too, which is cool
