When I first went there everyone was nice and I traded some games to get another everything was fine at that, moment and they gave me a decent trade in value but after I got home and took out the game to play it I put it in my xbox360 and it doesnt work...i come to realize that there was a crack in the disk I couldnt bring it back roght away but when I did they tell me there is nothing they can do about ......i find that to be really messed up cuz I didnt break it I only wanted to exchange and they said they cant if I would of brought it back in 24 hours they could of help but it is past the 24 hour limit....what kind of store sells a defective item and then not want to exchange for the same thing thats rediculous..............:(

This store has fallen off the map as far as service and knowledge, I know people leave jobs all the time, but the old manager Mack ran an amazing store where everyone was friendly and you would see the same people everyday who would go out of there way to help you. Now its a revolving door of faces with people who are just looking to scam you instead of making a deal. There are better places to shop do not shop here.

Buddy of mine just recommended this place so i went and purchased a skate copy and red ps3 controller. got home which is about 15 minute drive away. noticed game wasnt in case. drove all the way back across town to get the disc. ps3 controller worked fine until it died, now it doesnt charge. i used it 1 time. not recommending. going back to gamestop i would recommend you do the same

I went to this store infrequently for the last 2-3 years. I eventually developed a bond with the staff and I now pop in when Im in the area just to chat and see how things are going. Great store, superior management, phenomenal prices, and a very chill, relaxed knowledgeable team here at this location. Cant go wrong...

Excellent place for expanding your gaming library on a budget. The store has great employees and has done an exceptional job in helping me grow my retro game collection. I especially like how they price complete-in-box games the same as the single cartridges... really saves a lot of money!

Great store, they may buy things from you for a fraction of the price but they sell them for the same. And if something doesnt work as long as you have a receipt they will swap it out or give you a refund no questions asked.

Store sucks. Its like a pawn shop for games. A bunch of crack heads trade stolen games for their next fix. Over priced used games. Save your time and money and shop else where. Staff sucks as well a bunch of rude pricks.

If youre going for retro games, dont bother. Selection is absolutely dreadful, and what stock they DO have is outrageously priced. Skip it. Did a tour of all three in CT. Making sure any collectors dont waste their gas.

They have Great selection of games for almost every game consoles! But when it comes down to selling your new games I wouldnt bother your best bet is to get store credit! As for the employee theyve been good to me...

Dont buy from them. Had to do a return THREE times because every time I had purchased a game, it turned out to be defective. Go to Retro Games Plus in Orange, 10x better.

They are very bad Id rather go to gamestop than that store full of stolen games and consoles.Theyre worse than gamestop they give you less money when you sell games.
