Poor service and poor selection. Go to the one in South Burlington instead if you can; the staff is infinitely more helpful and they simply have more games to sell. I tried buying a copy of halo here when I was 17 and they refused me the sale because I wasnt 18! Last time I checked, Adults Only was the only rating that carried that restriction. The S. Burlington was more than happy to sell the game to me, and I have been going there whenever possible since then.

Went to trade in my Wii U and the guy there who looks like hes lifted weights since 1st grade, was condescending and not very friendly. I would definitely rather visit the 2 other locations in Burlington and South Burlington. Thats saying a lot, because, I work right in the same Williston Plaza as this one.

Ok selection of games, but rather rude employees. I was trying to return a broken game and they said that I wouldnt be able to get a replacement game unless I bought it online and then picked it up at a GameStop that had the game in stock. This was such INCOMPETENCE! PLEASE BE COMPETENT!

They dont price match anything. I saw a game in Walmart and asked the associate if they can price match and she said no. Way to keep the customers happy and loyal.
