Easily the worst Stop and Shop I have ever shopped at due to the poor store efficiency and bad customer service approach of the management. Checkout lines are consistently long and frequently staffed by inadequately trained clerks. I used to like to come here due to the convenience, but store performance has gotten far worse over the past year and it just isnt worth it. There are far better shopping choices in Avon and Bristol with store staff that really care about how they treat their customers.

Solid supermarket overall but lost a star for what seemed to me like low staff morale and understaffing. During a recent shopping trip, I stopped to ask a few different staff for help on finding items and they reacted surprised or busy. The customer service desk at the front of the store was 6 people deep with only one person helping so wasnt even an option.. Worst Stop and Shop ever! Staff is awful (especially customer service). Often times food is no marked correctly with price. There has also been several occasions where I bought expired dairy products and continue to see expired products on the shelves! Such a disgraceful store for Stop and Shop. Sucks that is the only one in my town. I usually have to go to other towns or stores to do shopping so I dont have to deal with the headache of this one. Try to avoid if you can!

This Stop and shop looks like any other stop and shop just a little bigger. Good location, near stores and a nice river view. Good service. Nice big place thats good if your a local or in the area to goo pick something up. Normal but big.

I like the self-scan and the ability to weigh the fruits and veggies myself. This gets me in and out quick. I also like the late hours and the coupons I receive in the mail.

Standard stop and shop. Good supply of produce and healthy options. Sundays are difficult because of crowding and supplies are usually low friday.
