I ordered the small Peace & Doves Daisy the night before I picked it up. The girl gave me my arrangement without the doves being covered in the white chocolate. When I told her this, she argued that this arrangement doesnt come with the chocolate covered doves. When she looked it up in the system, she didnt even acknowledge her mistake but instead said "Well you can wait here for 5 minutes and Ill do it." When she came back out with the the arrangement, I was shocked. The doves looked melted and nothing like the picture. I am highly unsatisfied and disappointed. Honestly I wish I had just given it back to her for a refund, but I needed a gift for my boyfriends dedication to God today. This arrangement was supposed to be beautiful and a presentable gift, but unfortunately not in the slightest.

Very disapointing. Despite calling the evening before, to be sure that they would have what I was looking for the following morning, they did not have any of the items in stock. No apology or explanation was offered, just "You can come back later." We have ordered from Edible Arrangements in the past, and were very happy, but as a retail experience this one was very poor.

I ordered some fruit from this facility to be delivered to a friend out in burlington Ct. they did a super job in accommodating me for a special delivery She loved it. Thank you
