Bad customer experience I ever had!!! I bought 10 boxes of enfamil baby food. The girl at the register name Altice charged me for 12 boxes. I realized the math wasnt right and I have been overcharged. So I went to the customer service for my money back and the employee was so unprofessional. I told her to do the math on the receipt and she refused to. All she kept saying was I will refund you for one box and that I she can refuse to refund you any!!! I was like hold on woman... you got to be out of your damn mind talking to me like that. Her attitude came from no where. Sorry to say I felt bad is my own kind black woman who for some reason didnt want to do the math on the receipt or just count the items. Either she didnt go to school or straight up illiterate. She called a manager and I had to explain myself to the manager Because she couldnt tell the manager exactly what I said. The manager was a female black woman, heavy set, a little tall and she kind of limp when she walks. So the manager finally looked at the receipt and did the math and realized that I am right. She told the employee that Im right and she should refund me for 2 boxes. Lord of mercy, this lady still talking and saying is my fault. Fortunately for me, another employee came and she told the other employee to refund me the cash! The other employee did it with no problems and I left the shop.! Thank God!!! Wu, I couldnt stay in that shop for any longer. So ghetto and unprofessional.....

Pharmacy was more busy checking out non-pharmacy customers than the pharmacys customers whose orders they got wrong. They made me sit 45 minutes before I got up and found out they have amnesia. I tried calling the store manager to complain that wait time but after stating the purpose of my call was placed on hold over 12 minutes before I had to hangup. I feel racialy discriminated because I am not their race. They had no problem helping there own on less than the time Ib waited. When I finally demanded attention it took 3 minutes to correctly process the Goodrx coupon I presented 4 hours prior with my prescription. Guess what, they lost the coupon. How handy. I can understand how they want to collect $109.00 BDS the coupon price of $13.00. Hummm, makes one think...

Horrible customer service! I purchased a game for my son for same day pickup and when we arrived to pick it up they told us we selected the wrong option and there was nothing they can do, so we had to wait for 2 weeks. I purchased it online to save my husband the hassle since he was staying with our infant daughter and the stores were insane for the holidays. Needless to say they were very rude and the game that my son was supposed to receive for Christmas has yet to arrive… Today has been over 2 weeks and nothing… I’ve been trying to call the store since both my husband and I are constantly working and no one picks up the phone… I guess I will have to pay the manager a little visit… AGAIN! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This store gets zero stars. The prices are appealing but the store is disgusting, I cant stand the riff raff there. Its awful walking through there. The employees are useless. Not to mention my recent encounter with site to store. Customer service is a joke. I would like to ask Walmart why a Customer Service MANAGER feels the need to be in work while disgustingly ill?? Maybe as a company they need to provide better benefits to their employees because I was so grossed out and treated like garbage by other employees. They tried to rip me off and that is not ok. It was the worse experience in a store ever and we will never use site to store again.

This place never has enough staff that know what they are doing or what is expected while working in customer service. Some of the employees are very rude and nasty. And they come off as only being there for the check. Very rarely will you find someone willing to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Their employees seem to always have a Chip on their shoulders. They dont even answer the phones at this particular location. And the lines are always long. It seems that there just arent enough cashiers that want to work the front end. This would be a great store but they need to hire great people to work there.

The Stratford Walmart has the worse customer service that I have ever experienced. I have had multiple occasions where the employees have been unprofessional, rude, incompetent, and just plain nasty. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe they were having a bad day but from management, cashiers, to the greeters are all rude. The minute you ask a question they have an attitude. Its just ridiculous. Walmart needs to reevaluate their staff and Clean up shop and get a new crew. You will lose a lot of business because of the customer service they offer in that store!!

Terrible experience. Had an issue with the product I purchased and when I went to complain to the customer associate they simply turned around and walked away from me. I am not exaggerating, she literally turned around and walked away as if she just wasnt interested in what I had to say. I was genuinely suprised by her demeanor as she waved her hand and acted as if she simply didnt care enough to listen to me. This is why people steal things. I have stolen from Walmart in the past and have justified doing so again. Walmart is a cancer and the only reason I ever go there is to steal things.

One time I had an order to pick up, sat around for 30 minutes. Guy came from the back and checked the computer, said I already picked it up, which is impossible since I have to wait until 3-4 PM for my ride to get off work. I insisted it was here, they called the manager down, while giving me a smug look. I showed the manager my time stamped email alert and he went in the back, 2 minutes later came out with my package, I signed for it and I was gone. I really hope someone starts training these idiots instead of letting them run around and ruin Walmarts name.

So the customer service desk closes at 9? They should put that online so customers know! Very disappointed! I arrived at 9:20 pm to exchange something and they couldnt help because the customer service desk was closed. And also bought Beach nut baby food and when I got home to feed my baby the baby food was bad! When going to buy formula there is NEVER someone available to get it out the locked section where they keep the formula. Always have to wait 30 minutes or more just to get formula. Very upset

I go to the Walmart Pharmacy regularly. They are very nice and went to the trouble of checking a whole bunch of coupons for me that saved me more than half on my breathing prescription medication. And, anytime I call they are very helpful. Also the cashiers are really nice too. Its not an easy job to work and wait on the public everyday. I think that people who have put bad reviews on here are very impatient and dont realize what public service employees are up against every day!
