SPARE YOURSELF THE GRIEF! I authorized tire work to be done and was charged accurately for it when completed. I used my credit card, for the correct amount, and signed. Once I left, the manager Lorenzo and associate Tom realized they made a mistake in quoting me and went ahead and charged me the right price AFTER I LEFT! No authorization, no call, nothing. Spoke to regional management Chris. He told me "its my moral obligation to pay" the right amount. Even if it wasnt my fault. SCAMMERS! Dont make the mistake. Go across the street or somewhere else for a couple dollars more.... this place SUCKS! Now I have to dispute the charges and waste my time for there acknowledged mistake? How can you charge someone a different after they pay and leave, and a corporate office thinks this is ok too? I hope to hear from Chris supervisor Bob today to rectify this situation. The way my experience has been with Chris from corporate, I doubt it! See you in court Mavis! PLUS INTEREST!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! these incompetent morons are a pathetic excuse for todays workforce. watching them take 3&1/2 hrs to install two tires was like watching monkeys do brain surgery. I was quoted on a specific price before the work was done and then charged significantly more once the work was done, bad business. In addition to this, my wheel almost fell off because the said monkeys dont know how to tighten lug nuts properly. after fixing the one tire on the side of the road myself i brought my car back to them to check it out and tighten the other ones properly to which the manager lorenzo would not do because it was after business hours. I will never do business with these scamming imbeciles again!

Doesnt get any better than this. Excellent says it all. The tires I wanted were there but I did call the day before to make sure. It may have taken a little longer than I expected but it was my cars fault not the mechanic. They do inspections and oil changes too, sort of a one stop shopping for maintenance. What they need is a snac bar, hope corporate reads this.

Im a gear-head and can address most issue myself. When I dont have time or facilities to complete a repair, I turn to Lorenzo and Scott. I can explain my request and they get it. They satisfy my request and dont try to get me to do work I do not need. I have used them many times and will continue to go to Mavis for my general automotive repairs and tire issues.

My recent experience with manager Lorenzo and John was nothing less than courteous, professional, knowledgable, and just plain nice. The price quoted and paid was actually less than another shop I visited for the exact same work. I decided to give Mavis a try when I was treated rather poorly for questioning the work and quote at a local competitor.

When thinking about service on your car steer clear of mavis mount sinai. The manager Ciro and his staff are very unpleasant and not customer friendly. I honestly would recommend a craigslist mechanic over these guys. Save your time and frustration. Go anywhere else! Most other tire places wont waste your time and you can get a better deal.

Lorenzo is amazing with customer service! The work is always done right, and for the right price. I never get pushed into doing unnecessary work on my car and I value the employees opinions! I wont get my car worked on anywhere else!! This place always goes above and beyond for me and my family :)

Good at tires. Bad at other things. They charged me for a brake flush, fluid is still dirty. Wonder what else they scammed us on. Brought 2 vehicles in with 1800.00 in work. Do not bring your vehicles here!
