The worst experience ever! New dryer did not work right only 2 days after purchase and they werent going to replace it! It took me calling corporate and making a bad post on the sears facebook page to get a new replacemnt dryer....the person i corporate was awesome...had my new dryer two days later thanks to him but the employees at this store are horrible.

The new owner refused to accept a return on a defective item despite sears explicit return policy saying I could return the item to any Sears. She went on to say that many of the policies listed on the Sears site do not apply to her and her store and argued with Sears customer service to avoid accepting the item and issuing the refund.

I visited your store twice in the last month to get information and to purchase a Kenmore vacuum. The first time the sales person couldnt give me any information on different models, the second time I was in the store for about 10 minutes and no one even showed up . I just finally walked out. Very disappointed.

Great service from Wayne and everyone at the local Sears store. We were out of state and needed to replace a refrigerator and gas grill at a rental property. Wayne handled everything over the phone, gave us a great deal, and coordinated the delivery with our tenants. Highly recommended.

I have excellent results with this store. I bought a lawn tractor there that still works great. Have go a great deal on tools. My wife will be buying new appliances there when ours break down.

The repair service they have is terrible ..DO NOT buy anything with a motor from them. They have know clue on anything they send out .
