Every time I go to mavis they are completely dishonest with me. It started back in December when I went to the Shirley mavis to get my car aligned after having the subframe dropped. A month later I realize the insides of my front tires are completely bald so I bring it back only to find out that they didnt even adjust my front toe and it was completely out ruining my front tires. So they said they fixed it but ever since my car has had a slight left pull so I bring it back and they claim that my front tie rods are siezed. I didnt believe it so I took it to a friend of mines shop and we were able to loosen and adjust both of them. Now annoyed I bring my car to this mavis to have them align it instead they claim that they one of my tie rods has play and itll need to be replaced. I went with it since it was cheap enough and they allegedly aligned the car after. I was told it was dead straight when I asked for a print out. Shortly after leaving I realized the car still pulled to the left. So I decided to go to an independent shop to get the car aligned and found out that the toe wasnt even in spec at all from this mavis either. I was straight up lied to by this mavis. After taking it somewhere else the alignment is now perfect

Went in for brakes over the weekend and they did a quick and great job! When I got home my son said "you fixed the bumper too!" I then noticed the big unsightly dent I had in my front bumper was popped out. I called them and found out they fixed it for me (without me even asking or saying anything about it). Of course I thanked them for it. That made my day. Talk about going above and beyond! These guys are awesome and definitely recommended!

Store Manager and Service Manager are really nice people. I found the Store Manager to be attentive to my needs and was assured that my requests would be met. Service was prompt and job was completed in a timely manner. I was very pleased with my experience here. "Service with a smile" was the order of the day. This was my first visit to this location and I will be back again.

The staff seemed extremely friendly, but they charged me for an oil filter but didnt change it. I talked with the supervisor and he assured me that he changed it himself although I was looking through the windows the whole time. I later checked my oil filter and it wasnt changed , I went back and made them change it. The supervisor was extremely unprofessional

Fast and efficient service, better than any of the other Mavis Centers in the surriunding areas. Twice now, ive found myself in a bind and needed service quucker than the norm and without question, very please with there time service. Well Done!!

Quick service, friendly staff and very reasonable prices. I had a tire leak fixed and a TPM replaced. Took less than an hour and the price was much lower than what the dealer quoted me. Good place to get quality work at a fair price.

Absolutely top rate customer service .Goodyear 245 /70 /16 wrangler SR about $25.00 cheaper than Goodyear directly and half the cost of mounting and balancing .Also had great experience with total brake job . .
