The store was fantastic. Very accommodating. The deliver part. Horrible! An unmarked box truck showed up at my house 35 minutes late. I received a phone call at 25 minutes late. I asked them to hold on while I corralled the dogs so they didnt get loose. The guy pegged my door open as I was speaking! Three gentlemen showed up and communication was extremely limited. I had no idea what was going on most of the time. These guys almost got hurt on multiple occasions. I was cringing watching them being stuff up. At one point I jumped in to prevent a chest from falling on on if the guys. They were hard workers but terrible service. My furniture was all banged up. There were actually chipped spots on my headboard that had been colored in with black marker. Black on Cherry tens to show up. All of my pieces (5) except one had damage. I really am less impressed with the delivery management team. I was told damage is to the back of the mirror so... Seriously!? I just spent a couple thousand dollars on a bedroom set. I dont care where scratches and dings are!! They say a technician can come out and fix everything but are swapping out the headboard. I would not order from here ever again !!! Not worth the money.

Bob the salesman was great.I rate him a 10. Order came in when they said no problem with that. It was all downhill from there. The scheduling and delivery was horrible. When they finally agreed to deliver late in the day, and that was a big hassle, they called the next day and said it would be delivered around noon. With a 1/2 hour call ahead.told them that was not acceptable and that they had agreed to late afternoon with 1 hour call ahead. They said they would work on it and would call me back. Never got a call and they showed up the next day. Was working on a project in the garage covered in grease when they showed up. Asked them to carry an old chair out to the driveway when they finished and they refused. Will never buy there again.

Awful experience; purchased many thousands of $$ in furniture, waited for 6 weeks for delivery which was promised in 3 weeks, called repeatedly with no definite dates. Finally when delivered 1 leather chair was damaged when delivered but drivers refused to take back. So had to call again numerous times( over 2 weeks) to get it rectified, finally a manager intervened and sent a new chair. Still missing a custom chair that was promised within 8 weeks and now we are at 10 weeks and still nothing in sight. This company has one of the worst customer service follow-ups of any company I have ever seen. Dont trust them!!!!

My husband and I had an exemplary experience with Raymour and Flanigan. Magdy, our customer service representative, spoke with us about our options for purchasing furniture, was reasonable and not overtly aggressive, and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We got our entire living room set from here and bought a five year insurance plan to protect the leather. We have literally gone to every furniture store in the area to get high-quality furniture and this is one of our favorite stores!

Great place to buy from. A very trained staff they took their time with us and made sure we got the right mattress. Delivery was on time and they were fantastic no scratches. I would highly recommend Dave in sales and Chris the manager.

Overpriced junk. Furniture fell apartnwithin months bought the warranty and they wont help me. Also way over priced and I got taloed into buying something I wasnt sure about while getting attacked by the manager and salesperson

Bought our bedroom furniture here and loved it. The staff was very nice as well. Prices are a bit high, but you can haggle them down a bit.
