I am tired of buying junk that doesnt last. My last desk chair was from a big box store and lasted 5 years of pretty hard use. I work from home so I spend at least a few hours sitting at my desk every day. It started falling apart so I decided to look for something that was made better. I did have a lower budget and know you get what you pay for so what to do? Enter Acme where I got a used quality chair at a lower price than new. It has many more adjustments than my old one and is built like a tank. This place is full of hidden gems, I felt like I stepped into the set of Mad Men there is so much mid-century modern office furniture. The owner was very helpful finding me the right chair, go have a look, and support a local small business!

Acme Is a special place. It features a wide variety of office and home furniture that suits many different tastes. Every time I need a new piece to furnish my house, I know that Acme is the place to go. They always, have something new there every time I go. Ive seen and purchased pieces from time periods ranging from the 1950s to today. Looking for furniture from Mad Men? Its there. Heard this place has been open for 100 years! A New Haven treasure.
