Stay away from these people. I read other reviews saying to stay away from them because once they sell you a car they dont care about you or the problems your "new" car is giving you but I didnt listen. If I could turn back time Ill take my business elsewhere. Im stuck with a car I dont like and is giving me problems. I bought a car about 6 weeks ago. Karl, the sales man, was very helpful and the experience with him was ok. The reason why Im giving them 1 star is because the day they called me to pick up the car, they said it was ready to pick up, the car was still dirty and in no condition to be presented to the new owner. They made up some lie saying that they needed to clean some bird poop or something. I told them, there was no problem and decided to wait. After the car was "cleaned" I noticed that one of the headlights was off which for Anthony, the supposedly general manager or whatever his tittle is -he still useless, and I agreed that he was going to mail it to me and I will fix it myself. About a week passed and no bulb was mailed, thats when I noticed that once you buy a car from them they dont care about you. I called them and spoke to Anthony and we didnt get to any place after the discussion. I decided to drive to Milford again and drop off the car so they can fix the problem. Anthony told me that they were going to bring the car to the shop to check all the wires to find the problem. Later that day Anthony called me saying that the car was fixed and that they had to change all the bulbs because I changed them for LEDs. I told him that there was no problem to put the factory bulbs back, at this point all I wanted was a car with functioning head lights. I drove down to Milford again, about an hour from where I live, to pick up the car, I asked him for the LEDs they replaced and he, Anthony, said that the shop had them and it was closed already. I told him that since I spent over $200 on the bulbs that I needed them back; I asked him to mail them to me, second biggest mistake, it has been a month and they have not sent them to me. They stole over $200 from me after I paid them $18,000 for the car, I guess they will steal as much as they can from their clients. Omar, the other manager or something is also useless, I called him to explain what has happened and all he said was to give Anthony "the benefit of the doubt". Great advice from a supposedly "professional" customer service. I will be filling a formal complaint with the DMV Customer Protection, because I believe more people need to know what has happened. This is totally unacceptable to steal from your clients and others should know to stay away. -Elvin.

Car Factory Direct
I was looking on CarGurus for a Mopar Dodge vehicle for quite sometime when I found a brand new SRT8 Charger 2006 with 21k miles. It just came in, and didnt even have pictures uploaded. It was located at Car Factory Direct on the Boston Post Road, so I immediately called and made sure it was available and if we can come in and take a look at it. Karl from sales said "yes absolutely, I already printed out the Carfax for you". Upon arrival, we were greeted immediately and Karl brought the keys out for us and after sitting in it (the car was absolutely flawless), he said "what are you doing? you cant just sit in it, you have to test drive it". Omar from Business, came up to us and talked to his and explained everything clearly. Being a first time buyer, it is always a nerve wracking experience. Afterwards, we talked numbers and I slept on it. I came back the next day, test drove it again, and decided I am going to buy this car. They made the process so easy and I felt absolutely no pressure to buy the vehicle. Omar and Karl made this the easiest process and I was not worried about a thing buying this. After alot of inspection and only 4 days on the lot, I have officially purchased the vehicle and I highly recommend (even to first time buyers!) to come by and check it out. I cant say ill ever car shop anywhere else again as long as I am in Connecticut.

Very bad after-sale service !! I urge everybody NOT TO DEAL with these guys! They keep buying time and they keep telling you lies. They are not trust-worthy and they are so unprofessional !! I have had a very bad experience with them and Im filing a complaint now about them through DMV. Ive purchased a car and I noticed there were some problems with the car, like one of the power doors wasnt working, a leak in one of the components, and there was missing lug nuts from the wheels!, I told them that and they took the car to do the maintenance, then, and they told me that they were waiting for part to arrive and that was nearly a month ago!!!!! Also, I took an appointment to drop off the car so they can fix the leaks, and for whole three days they keep telling me that they drove it to a mechanic and they have asked for a part and after the third day they told me they are not receiving the part anytime soon and postponed the maintenance till the week after!! Three days and they have done nothing!!! Also, they have so rude and unprofessional staff! one of them hung up the phone on me while I was still talking to him! Of course, afterwards, the told me it was by mistake! Once they sell you a car !! They change their level of service COMPLETELY! Its like dealing with a kindergarten children, not with a respectful business!

Looking for a car and visiting multiple dealerships and not being able to find any right deals tends to get a bit frustrating. Today the frustration has gone away, because of a wonderful team and an amazing salesmen (Kevin) , I was able to get my 2011 Toyota Sienna. Coming into Car Factory Direct, I was automatically comfortable. There was no wait to see a salesmen, which I loved. Kevin the salesmen, went through everything I needed to know with purchasing my car. Not only did Kevin go through what I needed to know, but he also got me a GREAT deal. I just wanted to say thank you Car Factory Direct for an amazing experience I had purchasing my car. I HIGHLY recommend anyone that is need of a car with a great deal to come and visit Car Factory Direct, I am sure you will not regret it. This is coming from a person who has visited many dealerships and wasnt satisfied with any of them.

My friend knew my wife and I needed a better car because my SUV wasnt safe to drive. It had many mechanical issues. We didnt want to finance but had no other choice. Omar tried his best to get a loan for my wife and I. Unfortunately, he couldnt. It wasnt his fault. Peter, our Sales Rep knew what we needed too so he worked with Omar. Fortunately, my friend was approved with a trade in on my SUV and small down payment. With the agreement of making monthly payments on car and insurance. We ended up with a 2009 Lexus. Registered and insured. We drove off the lot within 2 hours. We had an issue with check engine light recently. Omar told me to bring car in. The Mechanics checked it but found no issue. If it comes on again, they will look at it. Satisfied overall. No worries.
