"Whatever you order online is your business," he said. So, that means you cant help find what I need through your store? I dont care about personality. If you can help and find what I need and order it through your store thats awesome. Thats the basis of a bicycle store if you dont have it. You are competing with online and other stores in the neighbourhood. Show it. I dont need a lecture from this guy. Wasnt exactly helpful and contradictory to what works for me personalizing my riding experience. Didnt have the cyclist tools I needed is something I can understand, but hardly any selection of seasonal atire. Plenty of bikes and some accessories, but holy damn I felt I had to go out of my way to explain I wanted to order through his store.

We were looking into getting back into riding again after many years of not having the time to ride. Stopped in this shop to be educated on newer bikes. After talking to the owner for about a half hour we bought two Dual sport bikes. He took the time to make sure that we had the proper size bikes and showed us some other options that some people use. He gave us the time we needed to feel comfortable about our decision and it was great not being pressured into buying a bike that was being pushed on us. It was a pleasure buying bikes from this business. We look forward to returning to buy accessories for our new bikes.

I got my first full suspension Trek mountain bike from Bob back in 1998. Ever since I have always gone back to Manchester Cycle for my bicycle needs. You will find great selection of quality bicycles and accessories in the shop. They do top-notch repairs at this shop if you need anything fixed. And if they dont have what you need, they will get it for you, or will point you in the right direction. This shop isnt run by someone who just sells bikes... Bob is an avid rider so he knows whats good!

I go there at times only because it is close by. The owner has zero personality. He isnt friendly at all and acts like you are bothering him with entering the place. An owner should be cheery and welcoming to his customers, which makes me want to go there. I dont know how he stays in business because of his drab attitude. I would never buy a bike from him. There are other bike shops in nearby towns who act like they want your business. This guy doesnt get it.

Interesting Collection of Typical Bicycles for average people, and High End Kewl Bikes and Components for Enthusiasts who may have more valuable bikes than their automobile... Where else can one get a 2017 TREK Farley EX8 Full-Suspension FatTireBike or Stache 29erPLUS *AND* a NOS Klein Quantum Race Frame/Fork *AND* MadFiber RoadBike WheelSet *AND* SPOX Nipples and Wrench *AND* ... (need I say more...?)

I have purchased three bicycles here over the past 8 years. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly and I never felt pressured. The tune-ups and service are great. The owner has always taken care of me, often repairing or installing new components the same day.
