Excellent store that has survived the ages! I grew up hearing how highland park was the best store around and never appreciated it. Now that Im older I can see why it has always been acclaimed as the best around. They carry only the best quality of everything. Produce, deli, meat, local offerings you name it it will be great. I just drove past many acclaimed bakeries the other day to get a cake for a birthday because they make better cakes than most bakeries around! When you check out, they will even bring your bags to the car and load it up with a smile!

Highland Park is not your ordinary supermarket! This locally owned store not only provides some of the best meats in town, it has an amazing bakery and a catering service as well! As a very busy realtor in Glastonbury, I need a market that can cater a luncheon meeting or a Brokers Open House. I have used Highland Park for both of these events, and I am never disappointed. When I have a relocation client who is new to town, I always pass along the name of this supermarket. Its an in-town favorite!

Love the stores...selection...bakery is the best...no bettercream carp here....try the daily soups....butchshop is enough to make you shop here...produce area could be bigger ....sushi on site....deli is the best in the area lunch meats last,twice as long as big Y

Very convenient location, great deli, sandwiches are some of the best Ive ever had. Get a junior sandwich and youll be blown away by the quality and quantity you get for a low price. You wont find a better sandwhich in Connecticut for the price. There I said it.

Their pre made dinners are perfect for nights you dont really want to cook but still want something tasty, and they have a great deli and bakery. Its no secret theyre a little pricey, but it makes up for that in quality and variety.
