Multiple items not in stock, items frozen that shouldnt have been. As a service intended to avoid going to the grocery store and save time, it really didnt; still had to go to get items they couldnt deliver and had to spend time with customer service for damaged food. They credited for damaged food and offered $20 toward next order, but we never used again.
