I have shopped here for a long time, but as of today, this Polo store has lost a customer. Recently, I bought a coat from the store and (as its a factory store and there are usually discounts) I asked if the coat would be on sale in the near future. I was told "no" by two associates and proceeded to purchase the coat. About a week later I was in the area with some friends and we stopped in the store and everything was 30% off - apparently associates dont know of upcoming sales. By the time I was able to get back to the store to complain I had received a 20% off discount online and, even though it said it could not be used on previously purchased merchandise, I brought it with me in hopes that if I couldnt get the 30% from the sale, I could at least get the 20% when the manager heard my story. However, when I returned to the store the manager basically didnt want to hear what happened, made some excuses without even apologizing and told me I was out of luck. So although I still like the Polo brand, I wouldnt recommend this store as you might not get the best deal, associates are under-informed, and (at least one of) the managers are not customer friendly nor do they make good business decisions (I wouldve gotten back $40 from the 20% discount, but bought many more clothes there in the future; but now I wont be back).

I almost got confused of what to pick when I walked in. The prices are really moderate and their customer service was super. You should visit. I was told they dont do shoes in this particular outlet but overall instill enjoy the things I bought .

Great deals and a variety of things, the only bummer is ,they dont have my size my hips and ass cant fit their clothes. But I can find nice shirts and sweaters.My kids love it too
