Fine for purchasing small $ items but extremely disappointed with my appliance purchase. Purchased a dishwasher in store with delivery a week later. Unfortunately the dishwasher delivered was damaged and appeared to have been used. Additionally they forgot the power cord that was an additional cost, said they would credit me but never did. After calling about the damaged dishwasher I was told it would be another 2 weeks for them to exchange it with a new one!!!! Horrible customer service! Never will buy from them again.

Need a piece of plywood sheet cut to 31" x 17, NOT HERE, the "Head of lumber" brent or brandon says unless the leftover piece of trash is 12" or greater "THEY" Cant cut it. Because 3 cuts is against their policy all of a sudden, I have never been told this in any other Home Depot Except for this one, because the "head of lumber" during the work day has a policy that makes no sense. He could not cut an inch off my 8 x4 sheet, because the trash is less then 12 Inches. Is that not the stupidest thing you have ever heard?

I use several Home Depots this one is by far the worst. Many of the staff are incompetent, lazy, or uninterested in helping you. It is also difficult to find products and difficult to find people to help you find products. The pro desk is the worst Ive ever seen I have asked them on three separate occasions for assistance and they never got back to me after meeting with them in store each time. I dread going to the store every time.

I am new to this area. Had 2 wonderful experiences here today. One was with romeo and one with paul. They.were.very knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. I would drive.the.extra.miles.to come to this towns home.depot. other employees were.also friendly. I had.my 8.month.old.baby.and a.worker.said let.me get.u.a.cart and grabbed.it for me. I thought.home depot was.a.MANS STORE. lol. But.this was.fun shopping experience

Im from Oklahoma & used to those stores (especially the one I work at) and I liked my experience. Place was clean (for a warehouse, lol); products werent too hard to find; some employees walked on by while a few inquired of my experience so far, but Im more introverted anyway so it worked for my experience. Not s very big store but its location probably doesnt warrant such. Good to go.

I had bought a Weber grill last week for $699. Today 1 week later I stopped next door to PC Richard and they had the same grill for $140 cheaper. I paid cash for my grill and knew exact date and time I bought it and they said they couldnt look up my receipt. Such a big company cant track receipts?? Punishing me for using cash. They refused to give me the price match..

I own a property management firm where we buy, renovate, and either rent or sell properties. I have absolutely had it with Home Depot. Once again.....their window order is late....no notification from the store, and when you bring it up, the only response is true apathy to the situation. My recommendation to anyone is to run, not walk to Lowes!

I placed an online order and told them I would pick up in an hour. When I got there two hours later, it wasnt posted for pickup. I am now standing around waiting for them to pick my order. Frustrating and a waste of time.

Great selection on appliances and home improvements supplies. They werent kidding: They really can help! The staff is friendly and eager to lend a hand with any remodeling or service/task you might not be sure of.

Very hard to find stuff and difficult to find help. I am disabled so looking is difficult. Place is dirty and bathroom is a mess make sure you dont have to use it before shopping
