Company seems like they dont want curvy types representing the company. My friend who is curvy interviewed for a job and has a lot of retail and customer service skills. She wasnt hired. In doing follow ups seems like manager was telling lies saying hiring was on hold- in the meantime she calls the store and is told their hiring ( seems like she was being lied to and discriminated for being like a size 12 and not a bony size 2 ) nobody should be treated like that. Im no longer doing business with NB

This is my second time shopping the New Balance store. We were met by a friendly, knowledgable staff member the moment we walked in who answered all my questions and helped me fit the perfect sneak/insert combo. They feel like they were made for me. I drive over an hour for that service and its well worth the 2+ hours of my time in the car. When I got home, I had to test them out- 40 min on the treadmill walk/run and my feet feel great! Thank you New Balance- until we meet again!

New Balance is THE BEST athletic footwear, BUT some of the sales people here dont deserve the opportunity to fit and sell this product. They use their product and foot knowledge manipulatively, in a subtle, but high pressure sale delivery and fitting. BEWARE. Also, returns are challenged less than politely. Do not back down if you have any hesitations about your fit. DO NOT WEAR THE SHOE OUT OF THE STORE. It will void any possible return.

I took my family that was visiting me over to the new balance store because I kept hearing their radio ad. My parents were very happy with the service and the shoes. That says a lot about the place because my father, for as long as I can remember, complained about his shoes and feet hurting him.

Great customer service!!! This store was the only place I found to descent looking sneaker to fit my AFO braces...I needed a triple width shoe.

Very expensive...feel violated spending $120 on a pair of sneakers. But at least they werent made in a Chinese sweat shop.
