I got 2 pairs of boots one for me and my father. First problem of my was that when we went to go pick up our boots my fathers pair was full of some type of white substance . When we showed the Employee he decided to stick his in his mouth and use his saliva to try and remove the mysterious substance with. So then I inspected my pair and so that the employee who coated my shoe with "tough toe" couldnt even spread the coat evenly across the front of my boot so now there is like holes in my boot where the coating should be. I just left my pair alone didnt even bother arguing with the employees. But back to my fathers pair we decided that we wanted a new pair. Then the employee tells us that we have to go to a different store because they cant do anything for us.... ** I would not recommend this bullshit store **

We used to go to this location, but I dont know what happened to the good employees. The most recent time we went it was awful. The staff knew nothing about the boots and rushed us because they all want to smoke their cigarettes. We left and went to the Huntington location which was 1,000 times better service. This Holbrook location definitely lost us as customers.

Used to come here years ago but now I think this will be my last time returning. Lady in store seemed lost. I dropped off a pair of boots for cleaning and she looked puzzled. Then claims she couldnt find me in the system yet Ive been to that location 3 times. Horrible customer service for Red Wing.

Not a real American boot anymore. Cheap leather and horrible customer service. Boost started falling apart from shoveling snow. I work in construction and have had boots last longer. Never shopping here or from redwing again.
