Very disappointment with the employee"cashier" they have. She was so rude, careless and her attitude never seen such a person in a retail business. Doesnt know how to greet customers. Everything was alright to me since I used to work in a retail store before and know some times you just get tired and frustrated. What made me mad was when I came home and open my email to see the order overview I found out she mailed the package to wrong address. The address she put for delivery was my billing address long time ago. " Do you even know the difference between billing and shipping address" . I know you do have a long shift to cover but why dont you make a good impression towards yourself and store you are working. You just have to see the customers and handle them for not more than 5 minutes. Why cant you smile, be polite, talk to them in a good manner so that they wanted to come back to the store again. Very disappointed with the cashier because the way she talked to me. On the other hand Manager was very charming and helpful her behavior towards everyone was outstanding.
