I have had better customer service at the DMV. I went to Total Beverage today to get some beer for a road-trip that I am going on. I got there, selected the beer that I wanted and went to the front. The manager made an announcement that all of the credit card machines were down and that there was an ATM at the Walmart a few blocks north. I asked if they had an alternative way to take cards (such as a scanner or card-carbon-copy) and they said no. I waited for five minutes and then decided to go find the ATM and bring the cash back. When I got back the machines were back up. I was a bit disappointed as I had just paid three dollars to get the cash because of a technical issue with their machines. When I asked if the manager (Nathan) could do something, he looked at Simon (the cashier) and laughed saying, "we dont give discounts for technology are you crazy?" I said I was asking because I had gone out of my way and I wanted to see if he did anything. He then told me "we dont give discounts" and began to get in my face. I had to calm him down and told him I wanted to check because this posed a large inconvenience. He told me that for next time I know not to ask or something similar. I am amazed with the lack of customer service that they provided and I am really not sure this place is where you should spend any money if they do not understand that it is their machines (not technology) as well as their lack of resources that caused this. Having worked in customer service, retail, banking, etc. I might have said I could give you $1.00 or $2.00 off instead and that we value your business. Nope. The manager stomped away.

I do not recommend this store to anyone! I went into this store with my girlfriend to find wine I bought at the Total Beverage off 104th before but thus specific TB didnt carry it. I looked for other wines but it was difficult because the signs (as a manager informed me) werent right.... So ok I can deal with that, but THIS is what started to piss me off. At checkout my girlfriend and I were both asked for our IDs. I gave him mine and informed the cashier that she was under 21. So the cashier Harvey (a older man) told my girlfriend she had to leave the store. Ok find, I understand retail stores policies to cover their ***es. But then Harvey proceeded to lecture me that my girlfriend shouldnt of even entered the store without a legal guardian. He said "if she drinks alcohol within the store its on us, if you buy this and give it to her its on you." He said it in an accusing way as well and loud enough for other customers to hear which was embarrassing and as a result I returned the favor saying loudly during my exit "horrible customer service holy ****!" I get policies regarding alcohol, but to be treated by a cashier like youre a bad guy after rudely asking my girlfriend to leave is unacceptable. Harvey is lucky I had the patience to not start yelling at him and leave to go to the 104th store.

Just had the worst customer service. Tried to call in an order to be picked up later that day and the female sounded drunk and disoriented. I asked several times if she was alright and she replied yes. I attempted to place an order for 6 items and could not even get her to remember the first item. She kept repeating herself, slurring, and mixing up the number of items, the brand and what I asking for. I asked to speak to someone else and she stated she was THE person to talk to in placing an order. I asked to talk to a manager and she insisted she WAS a manager. When I attempted to give her the first item, again now for the 5th time, she sounded confused and slurred the name of the item wrong. This is not the first time Ive heard of this happening, but was first time personally. I will not be using this vendor both personally and professionally going forward. Unfortunately, our event coordinator for work witnessed this conversation and will not be using this vendor for our events as well. Not impressed and most definitely do not recommend.

I have to agree dealing with these people is horrible. I have been trying to get information on an order I am owed money back on as well and the only response I get from a Manager is that I need to deal with my bank. He wouldnt even take 5 min out to check on the return or even what is going on. Which is what I in turn did and filed a dispute since I cannot get help from the store directly and they do not seem to care about anything or anyone. They have a lot of attitude and will hang up on you multiple times and not even answer the phone. **GREAT SERVICE*** Please only purchase here if you are paying cash and do not need any assistance. I will never purchase anything from this store again after this last experience.

Very poor customer service! Waited for the cashier to finish some task without being told, Ill be right with you and with no other customers in line. She rung my $100 purchase as bagged with my own canvas bags. I handed her my credit card and she said our system is down so we can only take cash. She said I could go to Walmart to use their ATM. As I was unbagging, the Manager decided to come over and tell me that there was a handmade sign at register saying Cash Only. Is it really hard to mention that before everything is rung up? Only good thing I can say about this store is that you can find pretty much any alcohol you need. But after that experience, I will never step foot in there again.

The price is right but the service is all wrong! I tried to get them to do the order for my wedding. They had a good price, but it took them two weeks to respond to my original email (forget calling because that will get you no where!). Then it took another week to answer a question. Guess they dont like big orders or getting lots of money at once. If you have a big even try Sams Warehouse, its right down the road and they will match or beat the price here!

Every day I see the coupon for $5 off $25 on my Yahoo homepage. Theyre out of my way but I knew I would be in the area the next day so I printed it. Went in, got my beer and Jack. Went up to the counter to check out. She took the coupon and told me it was only go for the day I printed it. At least give me 24 hours!!!! I will never go in again. Decided to call. Spoke to the manager. No customer service. Thats the way it is. It expires the day you print.

Its ok . Kind of small compare to the other Total Beverage store on 104 th next to King Sooper. Also the checkout people are not very friendly all the time. Not very clean at times.We always go to the one on 104Th because its very clean ,full of products and extremely friendly plus they always have gift beverages set up or combos for every occasion something that the store on Sheridan does not offer in a lot of variety
