I have worked in a florist my whole life. This is the first time I have used this shop and Google said it was open until 5 on Saturdays, I had called early on a Saturday morning to have some flowers delivered the same day. I know how difficult it is to have flowers ordered and delivered on the same day, so I let him do a designers choice on which ever flowers he had that were the freshest available. I wanted something small just as a nice thought which should be around 25-35 dollars. I asked if he could deliver them to the apartment complex that is located behind the shop, he then told me that they closed at noon and that he would have to run to make this last min delivery, and that he would charge me 13.00 dollars for a delivery charge. I thought that was an outrageous price even though it was same day delivery, for something that is less than a five min WALK from the shop. But since it was the same day, and he made such a fuss about closing at noon (instead of five, like he has listed on Google) I paid the amount he gave me and he had delivered a very pretty mixed arrangement to my mother in law. However, working in the florist, I was so disappointed in how long the flowers lasted. They hardly lasted a few days where as my shop (which I would have used, if my mother in law lived in their delivery route) flowers last a guaranteed week if not longer. He said he would only deliver my flowers if I posted a review on Google. So here it is. I was disappointed in the service I got from this floral shop. From one florist to another, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone who is willing to spend money on something that does, eventually, die ( if youre going to spend your hard earned money, on flowers, at least make sure they last longer than two days) Go to a florist who can guarantee their quality and doesnt charge you an arm and a leg for what they offer. I paid over 40 dollars for a small bouquet without a vase that only lasted two days. Like I said before, the flowers were very pretty for $25.00 but not worth over 40 dollars in the end.

Best EVER "wow". Nothing like running late from work. I stopped by Westminster Flowers on Friday night and realized the store had closed at 6 PM. I was so badly in need of birthday flowers so I went ahead and got off the car and knocked on the door. I was happily greeted by a guy who came to the door to see what it was that I needed. Without hesitation he said sure Ill be glad to help you. Got my birthday flowers for my girl. Not only did he help me but he also let another couple of guys in so they can get roses for their girlfriends birthday as well. A+ in my book. Definitely won over my business.

This was the best floral experience, Ive EVER had!! T.J., Carrie, and Brenda, saved my little sisters senior prom! My sisters date had forgotten to get a corsage/boutonnière, causing dramatics to ensue. As I was racing to pick the kids up and take them to do pictures, I saw Westminster Flowers and Gifts. I, immediately, flipped my car around and rushed in. I was greeted by, T.J., and told him the story. He whipped up a matching set within minutes!! Not only was the staff empathetic to my time crunch, they were personable and sweet. The flowers were perfection and the day was saved!! Thanks, again, guys!!

This is the first time I have gotten flowers from Westminster Flowers and I will definitely be back! The gentleman was extremely friendly and nice with great customer service. He put together a beautiful arrangement for me with some of my favorite flowers while I waited. The flowers were fresh and reasonably priced and my dear friend in the hospital loved them! Its refreshing to have your business feel appreciated by a vendor instead of feeling like they are doing you a favor when you are paying for the product or service!

I made a last minute run into the shop yesterday for flowers for my God-daughter and nieces continuations. The gentleman that ran the counter and his Nino that was helping to wrap the flowers (wish I would have got their names) were amazingly friendly. I work in customer service for a living so I am delighted whenever I interact with a business that exudes great service. I will be back and will refer them to everyone I know. Great service plus great prices and a welcoming smile + 100% satisfaction for me!

The flowers at Westminister flowers are the best Ive found in all of Colorado. They always have a huge selection of beautiful flowers! The owner was very friendly, and gave me everything I asked for. My mom loves the flowers I give her and says they are the longest lasting flowers she has ever had, which says a lot considering she used to own her own flowershop!!! Im so glad I found Westminister Flowers and Ill never shop anywhere again!

Had a great experience with this shop!! I came by at 6:20PM, 20 minutes after they had closed, and they let me in the shop!! I needed a nice bouquet for my wife for our anniversary, but couldnt spend too much, so they stayed even later and made me a bouquet in my price range!! And most importantly, my wife loved it!!! Cant say enough good about them, they saved the day and were very friendly. Definitely going back.

I wanted to order flowers for my mother, who is going to have heart surgery. I dont live in the area so was about to drop $150.00 when a female proceeded to take my order. She had the worst possible tone of voice for the phone. She was rude and demeaning. I have never hung up the phone before... not even on a telemarketer. But the customer service at this flower shop made me want to give my money to another business.

Westminster Flowers was the florist for our wedding. The bouquets and arrangements were gorgeous, and Thaddeus was fantastic! He was incredibly insightful on how to stay within our budget, without compromising the look we were striving for. On the day of, he took care of the ceremony and reception setup with no direction from us. We didnt have to worry about a thing, and everything looked amazing, Thank you!

During the holidays, I had the opportunity to visit Westminster Flowers to send flowers to my sisters and in-laws. This place is nice and the staff very friendly. I searched online to find a local florist and google took me to this shop. I was able to buy my flowers and get a couple other gifts. Thanks for your help Westminster Flowers!! I will be back....................My family loved the flowers:)
