This is the most disrespectful store owner I have ever encountered. My disabled mother placed her elliptical for consignment here and when it sold she had two weeks to retrieve her money per contract. She asked me her daughter to retrieve said money and I did in a very timely manner. Come to find out there was an additional sum not paid in the first check. The shop owner then contacted my mother and informed her of the owners own error. My mom told me what happened and then asked once again if I could retrieve the second check that was originally supposed to be a one time disbursement. As I was on vacation I had no way to retrieve the check and it took me a month to go and get it. When I went to retrieve the check the owner took 30% back for herself as I took to long even though on the phone my mother made a verbal agreement with this woman that it was going to take longer and as it was the shops error so the owner was okay with that. When I went to collect the second check I explained to the owner that she should not have taken 30% the owner got very aggravated and proceed to explain that she writes everything down just so people like me can not take from her. As well as calling security who then listened to what I had to say and said he understood, but there was nothing he could do.

I have purchased many things from this store. The lady who runs it is very nice and helpful. Im surprised about the reviews. Its so terrible that one person does not get their way (follow store rules). And they get others to write terrible reviews. This owner is a Christian, single mother who is trying to make a living for herself and her daughter. She gives money to CASA every month no matter if she no extra income that month. She holds community events in her store to help others. Please do not listen to this negative post. Give her a chance, I promise you will not regret it! SHOP rebound sports!

To be honest with you I wish I could leave no stars at all but without a doubt this place is very unprofessional and needs to have staff training. Just sickening to think people in this day and age act the way they do no common courtesy or sense.
