Dreadful Service with an upsell sales staff mentality. I will not patron All American Sports again. I called to see if they had a specific bat I wanted for my son. They said they had one left and told me the price. I was asked if I wanted them to hold it for me. The price quoted was in line with other stores so I said yes, Ill be down in a few hours. I arrived a few hours later. I told them my name, they went into the back and returned with a bat double the price quoted. When I said, "Thats $149.99 right?" They laughed and said "no $299.99". "Wheres last years model for $149 the guy on the phone said you had one left of?" "We dont have any left but you can take this years model for $299." "I took off early from work and drove all the way down here on the word of your sales guy. Is there anything you can do for me?" "Sorry, nothing we can do". Im a pretty easy going guy but their smugness, lack of understanding and content was upsetting. All American Sports should know that customer service is all they have. Anyone can get a bat they want on the Internet or from a box store for less. Internet... here I come.

Disappointed. They have a good website. But dont carry a lot of items from their website. Staff was OK. Prices were outrageous. Some items were 2-3 TIMES more than Play-it-Again Sports NEW items.

i think it is a great place, and i think it is localy owned. i like to get my baseball gear there great baseball pants batting gloves and a lot more.
