behind those two girls in the pic, the tall girl with black glasses braided hair is very rude. the other girl drinking inside bar and talking loud with the bad attitude rude tall girl. they are stealing coffee and tea, she is wearing hand bag and hold both of tea and coffee, drinking and talking loud inside the bar with the rude bad girl? is the rude girl hate her job and just coming to talking and stealing drinks with her friend? crazy, dirty, stealing, very filthy. flies are everywhere. hey, we have to wait long time and humiliated by the rude, your friend casher and finally have to pay for it and drink with flies at the store. you have to take the same step and tell your rude friend not to rude to customer. rude to customer and doesnt care customers order, but help to stealing refresher and coffee for her friend inside bar? ridiculous. they do not clean store what the flies?

Terrible service. Had them remake my drink 3 times. I just gave up. All I wanted was a sweet 9 pump vanilla latte with NO foam. 1st attempt. All foam 2nd attempt was worst than the 1st because my mouth taste nasty from the burnt shots & that = a bad barista! 3rd attempt taste a slight bit better than the 2nd but still bitter! Defiantly need to retrain! All started from the drive thru we ordered as usual. A grande 9 pump vanilla latte extra hot no foam, this girl responds with "yes, hot or iced" like really? Latte = hot! Who trained these kids! I worked at Starbucks 10 years ago I come 2x a day for my fix I guarantee I make any drink better than them. Get it together! Defiantly complaining to corporate! Spent 20 minutes and 5$ just for a nasty drink! Have pride in your job!

My biggest complaint is that there is VERY limited indoor seating here, and the seating that is available is so awkward. The employees constantly mess up drinks and act put-out if you customize a drink. We live down the street and drive past this location to go to other locations. My last experience involved an employee who messed up a drink (which was no big deal, except when we brought it back, they told us they had made it correctly and acted as if he were doing us a huge favor by remaking it. During the process, we discovered what he was doing wrong and he had to remake it a 3rd time. He STILL had major attitude and we were super cool about the whole thing. We left and arent planning to go back.

Customer service is terrible. There are no go baristas here and even the drinks taste terrible. Starbucks wont do anything about it except refund drinks. I dont want the money back i want this starbucks to stop being crappy. I work in fast food and know what bad customer service and good customer service look like. Asking customers "are you ready yet?" is rude. Asking what customers "what else do you want" is rude. When this place was on the east side of wads and Jewell it was nice friendly service amazing quality. Now the workers dont care about their jobs nor the quality nor the customer. Not worth the expenses of the drinks.

Pretentious staff . I ordered a green drink and the guy with dreadlocks gave me one then got upset because I asked if there was a different one.. He was rude about it and came to the window and said there are 2 you should just order the right one.. Very rudely and almost trying to embarrass me in front of the other staff. What he could have done differently is say..there are 2 which one would you like? This isnt the only time the staff has been rude. They need an employee makeover .. It is giving the Starbucks brand a bad name and I hope this gets addressed.

I recently moved from Centennial and had to change my daily Starbucks location. I definitely miss my old place / chatting briefly with my baristas there -- I would say I get a smile, a "thank you", or a "have a nice day", once every five or six days here at the Jewell & Wads store. Usually, no one even looks up or makes eye contact. Ill be going to a different Starbucks moving forward, despite living 2 miles away from the Jewel & Wads one!

Not the best location. I have been there several times since it moved and reopened. I was waiting to review thinking they would get it together. However they have not. Just about every order I make they get wrong. The drinks dont taste the same as other locations. I went there 2 days ago and ordered trenta iced teas, they game them to me with 3 to 4 oz of room left. Its a 5 dollar iced tea, fill it up all the way!

It was chaos with everyone running around grant icky and it wasnt even busy. Ordered a salted Carmel frap. Instead was given some disgusting chocolate frap. Asked the girl and she claimed it was correct but they were out of salt. Wrong its definitely chocolate which I hate. Dont bother with this Starbucks. The convenance of a drive through does not make up for the shity service and coffee.

Employees in drive thru was amazing person my card was declined because to find out someone stolen my acct info and took all my money , all we had was $3 cash on hand and the very nice young man paid for the rest thank you so much, yes I felt very stupid for that happening you have my business here for good and I will be returning with a tip for that young man

I was sad to leave behind my "home" Starbucks when I moved, but now that this is the closest one - Im not complaining! Friendly baristas, good suggestions, clean store, good selection of products for the area. The parking situation is a little tight (keep in mind I drive a big truck) but for where it is, its hard to expect anything more spacious.

As has been mentioned before, the actual floor space is very limited so its not a place where a lot of people could come and hang out but its a typical Starbucks otherwise For Better or Worse. The waitress got my order slightly wrong but it was not a big deal and she seemed like she might have just started working there so I give a pass on that

LOVE this location! This morning my husband accidently ordered my drink incorrectly... I went back to fix it fully prepared to pay for the two extra shots I wanted added to my drink, but the barista heard my story and offered to add them in with no questions and no charge! So sweet of her! Way to take care of a customer :)

Mixture of self-absorbed left wing idiots and old people who failed to plan retirement, serving coffee as passive aggressively as possible. Brand new building, already has one bathroom out of order. The blonde bimbo making coffee talks too much and needs to shut up and work..took entirely too long for a simple coffee.

Its clear that the employees are not treated well here. My plea to management - please stop depriving your staff of free coffee. Thats the only reason I can think of when an iced coffee takes 15 minutes to make. Last 4 times its been 15 minutes for an iced coffee. Come on guys...
