This place has AMAZING food and drinks. Im a bit of a coffee snob, and am picky about what I put in my body. But her drinks are perfectly smooth, the shots arent bitter, and I know all of her food and syrups are made with quality ingredients. Nothing is overly sugary--just enough sweetness. Do yourself a favor and try the lavender white mocha. You wont regret it. And the food....I could go on forever. Seriously, this is not your average store-bought dry, sugary grossness that has become standard coffeehouse fare. I had a breakfast sandwich this morning that shouldnt even be called a breakfast sandwich (its on a whole different level), and my two year old daughter had their steel cut oats. And...you know how at Starbucks they give you the oatmeal, with the nuts and dried fruit and blueberries on the side, as well as this humongous packet of brown sugar? And then you add the whole packet of brown sugar, because it just tastes disgusting if you cut the sugar out, but then you feel disgusted at the fact that youre eating so much sugar for breakfast? Well. Forget THAT. These oats were creamy and delicious and perfect in every way. My picky little girl ate every last bite. Thanks, Mr Bean, for existing so close to my house. Please dont ever leave.

Today was Mr. Beans grand opening. I knew I would like them when I drove by and a gal was waving a sign out on the sidewalk (in the pouring rain mind you!) and dancing around with a huge smile on her face. She made me laugh. I didnt stop then because I had an errand to run, but on my way back by I went in. All their 8,12 and 16 oz drinks were FREE--anything you wanted! and the 16oz was only 50 cents today. The place was decorated nicely, and the staff was FABULOUS! The caramel macchiato gets two thumbs up from me!

What a find! Excellent coffee and wonder home made food. I wanted some light for so ordered a chicken and rice cup of soup. Amazing. Home made with lots of chicken, just the right amount of rice and about half a dozen different veggies. It came with warm bread with wonderfully seasoned cheese melted on tip. $3.95! Amazing. I found my new coffee shop!

I had just moved to the area and thought I would try the coffee here to support a small business instead of going to a Starbucks. The lady behind the counter was rude and seemed like she did not enjoy being there. Not a pleasant way to start off my morning and the coffee was just ok. Will not go back there again.

The staff is always so nice here! The prices are comparable to other places and the coffee is better. They have pastries and gf sweetbreads. Free wifi, nice atmosphere, and they publish coupons, offer punch cards and have special incentives and events. Great neighborhood coffee house!!!

I go here every morning on my way to work. It is such a friendly atmosphere. They greet me by name and I feel very welcome there. Great price for a cup of Joe, too. And I would like to add that Risa is absolutely wonderful!
