They sold me bad tires. Had a flat at work, so I found these guys, and thought they were the chain Discount Tire Store, and asked if they were. The guy on the phone said yes, so I towed my car there to get all for tires replace. After I left, the fire felt bumpy so I took it back the next day to get it rebalanced and check. According to them, nothing was wrong. I took it back once more bc it was still shaking above 50 mph, but they insisted nothing we wrong. Finally, when I went for an oil change at my normal mechanics, and asked them to look at it. they inspected the tires and said, "I dont know how else to explain it, but your tires are almost square." By then, it was already several months, stop I went to the real discount tire store and got a new set. I had spun out my first and only time with those tires that winter, probably bc the tires were defective.

great service, I thought I was special until I read these reviews but I guess they plug up holes and stop leaks for free. not a very good business practice if you ask me. I will try to keep them in business as much as possible, mainly because they are closest to me on this side of the highway. I have bought 9 new tires from them and am ready to get another 4 on monday. The front counter attitude is always the first impression any business gets, that is the only reason I gave them a 4 star ,instead of a five rating. I am in service as well and I know what its like to be swamped and have to maintain a brown nose attitude just to make sales, so I fully understand why some of us dont get our presidential treatment we think we deserve. They are also closed on Sundays.

Today was a hassle.... In my life not from the store. I was trying to get a tire all over town for my little car. Called these guys and luckily they had one. I get to the store and right away they help me out. Total wait time was 15mins. Now heres the hassle. My card was declined. Not once but twice. I was mortified. Not only did they let me leave and TRUST me to come back but they were understanding. The guy even said "hey I understand and things happen." I paid 62$ for a tire that I was quoted at others for around 80-90$ new and 50-60$ used. I will definitely recommend these guys and use them in the future. Amazing customer service.

I went in one day and asked many questions about putting new tires on my Subaru. I agreed to put tires on my car and they put it up and pulled off the tires and got it going. I changed my mind and asked them to stop. They did promptly and were very accommodating. I apologized several times and they had no problem. We ordered the other tires and I took it in the next day. The place was packed in the morning! They still completed my car in an hour. Every person I talked to was helpful and knowledgeable.

You can order your tires and they will be there the next day. But the service is poor the two employees that are dispatching customers just have a bad attitude they dont like to answer questions. I got four tires from there but I wont buy anything from there any more

LOVE IT HERE! I called to get an estimate on a tire told them I would be in within the hour. The guy remembered me when I got there and I got my new tire on and I was out the door within 20 minutes! Speedy service keep up the good work! Friendly staff as well!

Had to get a used tire couldnt justify a new one, ( Christmas) They treated me right and literally saved me with a low price nice used tire. Nice folks and good prices. I need to get a new set end of January. I wouldnt purchase them anywhere else.
