I have always had great experiences at Safeway. Today Tommy the head clerk helped me to locate a product that I couldnt find. He even took me to the location where the product was located. Lori the flower lady was very friendly and went over and above to give me twine to tie up my flowers. She was very attentive and knowledgeable and gave me answers to all of my questions. She is a tremendous asset your the team. Definitely a five star experience.

Its a great store aside of the meat dept. Ive been in to pick up something special. Asked manager of meat dept to PLEASE stock up more of my needed item since its a popular item! 9 out of 10 times I show up to purchase my requested item, and its not there ! NOT ACCEPTABLE ! Ive been shopping there for almost 20 years. Maybe its time for my friends and family to go to Walmart or King Soopers? What would you do ?

Great staff that is very helpful, happy, and caring. They go above and beyond your standard stores. And well groceries are groceries. Only complaint is Safeway needs to improve on the app and your just for you including items the store actually carries. I will say though they are quick to accommodate deals when the products not carried or even out of stock!

Great staff, great produce, Crowded and a bit dirty. Meat seems to always be a bit smelly or overpriced if not. Prices always $.50-$2.00 over Walmart for the same products. Always lines at the check out, just use self checkout. Best place in town for gas tho.

Best Safeway every and amazing managers, employees, and customer service. Walmart is on the next street and Id never choose them over Safeway even if some things are a little pricier. They, for a chain grocer, have it figured out perfectly!

The organization does a HORRIBLE job training its employees!!! Tried to order a deli sandwich and the deli workers walked around lost trying the excuse that they have never made the sandwiches. Do your job or get a new one. Terrible store

In 1 shopping trip 3 items I purchased were expired, there is no excuse for this! And the place smells like rotting something as soon as you walk in the door. Dirty and poor selection.
