If youve never been to a real butcher shop, well, even if you have, do yourself a favor and find the time to come up to Tymkovitch. With high quality meats, knowledgeable staff and the local shop feel, you cant go wrong. What could make it better? Their prices are very reasonable! Get a steak house quality steak for a price you can afford. Need something special? No problem! They can prepare just about anything you could want. If I could only give them six stars...

I have been trying to find Sugarless Bacon for the Paleo Diet with very little success! I sent a email to Tim at Tymkovich Meats and explained to him my situation...He made sugarfree bacon just for me!!! That is my kind of service!!! The "BEST"!!!! I wish many more businesses would operate this hard to please and service the customers! The T-bones and sirloins actually taste different than other places. The store is always clean and the products are superior for quality and price.. Dont ever change Tim!!!!
