I love Nike and especially Jordans so I was thrilled to see a lot of the usually higher price points on sale at the outlet store. The one major downfall to this store is that its so busy there is rarely an associate available to help you out who isnt already helping 3 other people. The checkout is fast and they will generally give small discounts if the item you want is the last in that size and color but has some sort of imperfection or rip or discoloration. Very wide selection of mens womens and kids apparel and shoes along with tons of accessories. Associates wear a handheld device that allows them to check pricing and sizes right there on the floor, which means less time spent searching for something that is not in their inventory.

Spent almost a hour in the store trying on clothes and footwear only to find out there Credit Card machine was not working. One of the employees mentioned there was an ATM in the outlets but I did not want to go down that route. It would have been nice if they put a sign up or told customers as the came in that it would be cash only. They also offered to put the product on hold until the Credit Card machine was back up but I live an hour away and it would not be worth coming back.

A lot of typical factory store junk (lower quality clothing for about 25-30% off regular store equivalent). But shoe selection is pretty good if you like Nike and it is hard to find Nike shoes discounted outside of their outlets. Some are not the best deals (think 15-20%) but if you are patient and/or not too picky, you can find 40-50% off deals without much effort.

Pay close attention to the cashiers!! We Were over priced 89.72 and had to drive back to castle rock to talk to a manager about it. They charged us for two pairs of shoes and full price on the clothes that were supposed to be on sale. Next time we will not trust them and check the receipt before driving 45 minutes home. If we even go back to this store.

This location seemed a bit small. The store was outrageously busy, to the point my family and I were uncomfortable. Secondly, to be a Nike OUTLET store, I expected more variety and deeper discounts, which was not the case. The service was okay, we were acknowledged and asked if we needed help. Clearance? I dont think so, but Im on a budget.

Beware, they lie about pricing. 30% off lowest marked price means nothing if it scans higher. I argued with the sales person, she said they need to update prices which would mean they would have to RAISE the clearance price to get what they were asking. Its dishonest and wrong.

Always have great deals only thing is being a prior Nike employee it seems like some of the employees just said anything to please you instead of whats actually factual. Didnt know too much about the shoes when I had asked about them

Being an outlet they have a huge selection of pretty recent items. Customers leave the place a mess and the staff is always on top of it, sometimes to the neglect of customers. Prices also barely reflect the outlet status.

Great place with even better employees. Called the store and spoke with Ian. He made sure he had my size(15) so I didnt waste a trip. When I arrived he showed me all my choice and made sure I made the right choice.

Its a Nike Outlet. What else do you need to know? The staff, generally, are pretty helpful. Overall, a nice experience, even when theres not much to choose from.. .depending on what youre looking for.

The Nike store has very good prices on Nike shoes, better than what you can find even on the internet, but on the weekends is very crowded and a long drive even from the DTC.

Discount prices..on top of the low prices I get a coupon every month for 25 % off and I always leave with coupon for 25 dollars off on my next visit.. cant beat it..
