It is quite unfortunate that this is the closest pharmacy to my house. Their customer service is terrible. I have yet to have one pleasant experience with anyone there. On the phone they are very short and rude and in person it is not much better. I had stopped going there and driving much further when the pharmacy fell under Target and I was hoping that the service would change for the better now that they are under CVS. But no. Still just as rude and difficult to work with. I would not recommend anyone that has to get monthly medication refills go there. I promise you, driving a few extra miles will be worth it.

My wife and I have both had problems with simple returns and exchanges with the same manager. Im not the type to expect unreasonable or even questionable returns, but after today I felt I had to write this comment. Without going into details, I ended up going to a different store (which will get a positive review) and they were incredulous when they heard how I was treated at this store. Never had issues with buying things here and I shop here frequently, but Ill probably try to avoid this store on principle.

This is by far the best pharmacy Ive ever used. The staff is very personal, and they get dropped off prescriptions done in 20 minutes. I work at a grocery store and moved my prescriptions there. That lasted about a month. I have moved everything back to Target in Brightin. Way more efficient!!! M
