I had a terrible time with an employee here. Wish I could remember her name. I needed to receive a Western Union to which she refused me service because the amount was too high. She told me she I could receive a lower amount if the WU was resent. I came back to receive a lower amount as she agreed upon. I was then refused service and she claimed that "the machine was down now" I wasnt informed as to what machine or why, the only thing she told me was to go to a totally different store and when I asked where and what store, she asked "Dont you have GPS on your phone or something??" Extremely rude. She could have at least written down the name of the store for me so I could google it. She was ill tempered and not informative at all considering I was visiting and didnt know my way around very well. I wouldnt want someone like that working in my store. She was also rude to the woman ahead of me in line, rushing her and demanding that she use some rite aid savings card next time she comes into the store.

Its overpriced, but at least you can get what you need. Last minute face wash? Forgot you needed deodorant? Its all here, for 40% more than youd pay for it anywhere else. If youre in the area, and dont want to worry about making an extra stop on the way home then stop in and make it easier on yourself. Just dont pack a basket.

This store is across the street from a Walgreens that is constantly overcrowded. The Rite Aid, in contrast, is never busy. I buy only from the pharmacy, and the ladies there are very friendly, helpful, and gorgeous.

If you have to get something, they probably have it, but I would avoid it if possible. Between the homeless begging from you and the junkies ready to rob you, I would try somewhere else.

I love the pharmacy because the wait time is short! No line or maybe just one person. Professional staff.

In my experience, they are more expensive than the Walgreens, but they are nice enough.
