Staff was friendly but alittle too friendly with me in particular. I had rode my scooter and was running errands with a backpack on (like a lot of people do in Denver) The makeup section lady clearly thought I was going to steal something. Followed me around and hovered when I was looking at makeup. Did not leave my side the entire time I was there. I felt extremely awkward and I had planned on shopping for more items but the lady following me was too much for my taste. I am almost 30 years old and im just over things like this in life. At least back off AND ACT LIKE youre not profiling me, good lord. I have plenty of money, integrity, and now plenty of time to ride to a different location next time.

It was nearly closed and I needed a pain medicine filled that night. I was out and the wound on my leg had developed gangrene since the doctors were not on top of things. The pain was excruciating but none of the other pharmacies were willing to fill it that night. This very kind pharmacist was empathetic and could probably tell by my face how urgently I needed it. He had it ready fatter than any other medicine I have had to get before. I am so grateful that kind and professional people like this are still around. If your need is great, this is the best place to go. Oh, and this is after being a faithful King Soopers customer for over 25 years.

Since the change in the pharmacy department, the level of customer service has dropped. Extraordinary long wait times, issues with technology for refills, points blame to corporate, poor customer service, very rude and inconsiderate. The pharmacist, acts unaware, provides no coaching and covers up the actions of their techs. It is unfortunate as the previous staff was amazing, hence the reviews being 10 months old. Its to bad that they could not find people that actually like what they do.

I took my script down to the Walgreens after taking an afternoon of work to go and have the Dr appt. I desperately need the meds, and for some 23 yrs old millennial asks me through the drop window when I handed them to him "Oh---You want these today!!!!! It was 2:00 in the afternoon and Im not sure what else he thought he had to do with his day, but I considered it fairly obvious that--yes---I want boxtoday. Not what one expects from Walgreens. Perhaps he is better suited for Burger King.

The absolute worst Walgreens I have ever been to. You get ignored if you want to go through the drive through, and when they do finally pay attention to you they are rude and unhelpful. I have never picked up a prescription without some kind of problem on their end. If you have another choice in pharmacy, absolutely choose it. I have written this review while waiting in line for my medicine, and I am the only one in the drive through. Sitting at 17 minutes now.

I love this Walgreens pharmacy, I usually do everything online and if I have any questions I get quick responses directly from them. I was in a situation where my insurance changed over the new year, my doctor was changing my medication up every month to see if a new prescription would work, Amber the pharmacy manager suggested a generic version for what I needed and I have had no problems since, they rule!

I was there to send out some money using Western Union and the computer system was a bit annoying. Some old lady that is a cashier there was cussing up a storm on the way to a register as I was walking out. Not exactly professional. If the manager lets her get away with it why bother telling him about it?

Email was incredibly friendly, filled my prescription incredibly fast, and he was enjoyable to speak with. It was my first time using this particular pharmacy but I will definitely be back. The entire staff seemed to be really nice and so fast. Good job:)

Friendly check out. Pharmacy not opened at 8:00am as advertised. Told 20 minutes to fill while waited. Sat in waiting area, never paged or told was ready, finally after 35 minutes asked and had been ready for some time. Very disappointed.

If you are going to get passport pictures, spect to wait for a good 30 min( if you are lucky). They make you wait for not reason. But they give me a discount for the waiting, I prefer not to wait.

Pharmacist was less than helpful on 2.26.17. Asked for some help with an OTC recommendation and he just shrugged me off and pointed to an isle. Preciate the help man.
