First off, this place is not very accessible. Secondly, I just had my first and last experience with this location. I needed photo prints for my employers and was on a strict deadline. I went to the store and they told me they didnt have them (formatting issues) and that I should resubmit them. Wait, I have to go home and log in and resubmit? Seriously? They told me that the type of picture I used was the issue. I didnt realize jpgs (the most common image format) are not compatible, silly me. Im pissed that I wasnt informed several hours before. Why did I even bother to put my phone number down if they werent going to try to reach me before I inconveniently drove out of my way in 5pm traffic to get there? The customer service at this location bites the big one. At minimum, how about you offer a computer for me to login to my account and also assure me that youll get the order done asap. If youre not going to at least adhere to some semblance of customer service, then you dont deserve my money now, or in the future.

I am very impressed with the pharmacy, and entire store. The pharmacy is always well staffed, no long waits. Mainly, the staff go above and beyond for their customers and are friendly. I am new to this area, all the Walgreens that i have shopped at in Florida had very long wait times and were extremely under staffed, so it is always surprising to me when I walk up to the pharmacy and dont have to wait, and surprised when they say my rx will be available in 15 minutes! The store is well stocked, clean, and has a lot of good sale prices. Employees greet you when you come in. Location is close to me, parking spaces are plentiful.

I find myself stopping at Walgreens more and more. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and they have everything I seem to need without having to spend 4 times as long in the grocery store. They always have a good deal on drinks!

Bottom line is if this store is so convienent that you can walk to it, or you can drive to it in less than 10 minutes, it might work out for you. Otherwise go somewhere else, because their customer service is terrible.

Hands down the worst customer service Ive ever received. Was told my script would take an hour, ended up taking an hour and a half. Cant leave without it. More then likely will be late for work

Customer service was not good at all , the manger was no help she gave me the impression that I was a bother to her , the staff was nice and kind. I still choose to go to another Walgreens .

Pharmacy refuses to answer the phone and staff cannot transfer to the pharmacy. I wasted 30 minutes trying to reach them and got nowhere. Moving on

Easy in and out for the little stuff you need. Also like the ability to send them photos via the app and have them printed out when you arrive.
