I have to admit that I have Rite Aid loyalty, although it is for good reason and LOTS of experience. I am a disabled middle-aged female whose condition requires me to take regular medication. And my job requires me to travel for months at a time. After dealing with many frustrating, rude and sometimes humiliating pharmacies, I will only deal with Rite Aid. Whether they hire more qualified people, pay them/train them more, or dont force them to work skeleton crews, my experience with courtesy, responsibility, and efficiency has always been the BEST with Rite Aid. I hope the higher ups know that those employees working directly with the public (and sometimes a difficult subset of the public--the unhappily sick) are really doing a great job and should continue to be valued. One minor point is that they could streamline their "prescription-filled" notification system. Also, more Rite Aids nation-wide would be nice.

I can see why this store is always empty. Its terrible. The shoes I selected were in the $1 bin, but when they rang up the register as 12. When the cashier went to check, she told me they were not in the right bin. She did not honor the $1 price as thats where they were with other ones just like it. It was frustrating and the only reason I even went there.

Ive shopped at a lot of Riteaids in a lot of different states/communities and this is definitely one of the friendliest and most helpful stores Ive come across. I do a lot of couponing and a lot of places can be really rude and unhelpful, but this Riteaid is incredibly encouraging and has always treated me and my hobby with great respect and grace.

The pharmacy didnt have the medication I needed. However, they were quick to find an alternate solution to help with seasonal allergies. Three employees, including one of the pharmacists, helped out and Im already feeling better. Very polite and helpful.

Isaac the manager helped so much! They didnt have the specific item we were looking for, but he called around to see where it was. Thanks! I recommend this store to anyone looking for something and wanting to make sure you get the right thing.

Doesnt have a good customer service. The elderly woman at the register pretty much raised her voice on me, I felt like I was getting attitude from my grandma, but this was not my grandma. I walked out not feel like going there again.
