The staff at this particular store is questionable. I purchased some cold meds and was "carded" by the person that checked me out. It was awesome to be carded because I am well beyond the age. However, the person said "Im trying to figure out if you are over forty" to which I said "Im not over forty!". He then said "ummmm....It looks like you are over forty". I guess he really looked at my date of birth. The problem is that he announced this very loudly and it was humiliating! I was so shocked that I had nothing to say. Announce someones age?? Especially, when they are over 40 and not really proud of it. I emailed corporate and havent gotten a response. I called the store immediately afterwards and a "manager" answered and stated that she will alert the store manager and pull the said person aside. She then decided to defend him by stating that they "card for certain products, etc., etc." I stopped her by enlightening her that the point is that he was so rude to announce my advanced age to the entire store! She didnt even get my name or number. NEVER will I shop at Walgreens again. Its a convenient store but I think a boycott is in order at this time!

Update: This is the 2nd time that I have had the lady in the pharmacy with long hair, and glasses help me, I think she is a tech. She gives me dirty looks, isnt approachable, and seems agurmentative. I dont feel comfortable with her helping me, she seems like she is annoyed all the time. Been a Walgreens customer for years, thinking about switching to the new Rite Aid down the street. All of the other pharm techs, and pharmacist have been really nice to me. The pharmacy has always treated me with respect. The pharmacist is always helpful, and I never have any issues with filling an Rx. They have made accommodations when I was in a hurry. Went to another Walgreens one time, and Ill never do that again.

Pharmacy staff mis billed my insurance, which messed up my refills because it happened on a weekend. Than when I asked them to fill my next month 1 day early to get them both on the same day. They refused even though my insurance would accept the fill on that day (26 days from last fill) . They would only fill at 28 days, even though they are the ones that messed up with not filling them on same day. 2 months later gave them rx that could be filled in 2 days, they said they would have to order and would take the two days. When I went back they said they would have to order and it would take 4 days (again the weekend) I got my rx back and found new pharmacy.

I went to the pharmacy at 8:00pm I stood in front of the pharmacy window for several minutes. A female looked at me and kept talking to her co worker. She then walked up to the window and was the most rude person. Very dry and so unprofessional. Even my roomate had to walk away. She looked at my Id and asked was my address current and I told her I moved she then asked me three more times was the address current. I smiled and politely thanked her after she finally got my adress right. Then she told me they r only open until 9pm. I said I realize this I can pick up tomorrow. Mind u no one was there and they were not busy. Rude and lacks customer service.

Pharmacist was very professional and helpful. If you have an allergy that requires you to carry a $700 "Epipen", you can get a 1ml vial of epinephrine that makes 3 doses equivalent to one epipen. Not great for the monopoly, stock holders, or "The Establishment", but an affordable alternative if you want to survive a bee sting in 2016. Thanks again for doing what Costco Pharm refused to do for a loyal customer.
